i went to celebrate my naboborsho in spritis which is located in saltlake, sector 5.
the special buffet cost me around rs.999 where i get a loot of food starting from apetizer, main course and dessert. it's a proper three course meal.
in appetizer i got potol bhaja, bori bhaja kalo jeera diya beguni, dakai mochar chop aam diya vegetible cutlet, pyaaj posto bora, lonka achaar murgi paturi, topshe macch fry, kolkata fish fry, dimer devil, chingri macher chop.
for the maib course i'd veg and non veg both starting from aloo phoolkopir dalna, shukto, dhokar dalna, channar kofta, aam diya bhindi, macch paturi, pabda tel bori jhol, dakbanglo murgi, kosha mangsho, chingrimacher malai curry.
in breads and rice i hadchickenbiryani, veg biryani, basonti pulao, ghee bhaat, luchi, radhabollovi.
for dessert payesh, misti doi, bengali malpua, chom chom, rabri, jol bhora sandesh, roshomalai, misit paan

went to poila baisakh buffet , this is the worst management i have ever seen , they dont have proper sitting capacities and they sold the voucers to lots of people pricing about 800-1100 but they dont know how to manage the crowd !
nothing was available there , they event dont have normal items like rice mutton,chicken, fish , nothing !
main course, starters all the things were empty and refilling up taking more than 30 minutes or no refilling was there
even noone of management even was sorry for that !
the worst buffet of kolkata i had yesterday! it was just waste of money !

welcoming staff ! would give 5* rating seriously i have not seen just hosting in any resto bars! great work !

it's been a while this place has made its way to my favourite list but writing the review very late. i love everything about this place, starting from their decor to the vibes. we always end up saturdaying with good food, great service and awesome music. my favourite is their tangra style chillichickenand golden fried prawn. if you wanna enjoy your weekend right, do visit this place for the great fun!

'the spirits' is located at globsyn business school in saltlake sector-v, opposite of jaisalmer restaurant.today i've visited here for lunch.ambience is good.atfirst we ordered here virgin mojito as a mocktail,it is tasty,then we ordered herechickenlollypop,fish finger,murgh peshwari tikka, gondhoraj fish tikka as starters,all starters are delicious except gondhoraj fish tikka,it is average.then we ordered main course like kolkata style mutton kasha with kashmiri pulao,thai prawn green curry,all main courses are average.atlast we ordered here brownie with vanilla ice-cream & chocolate mudpie with vanilla ice-cream,both desserts are tasty.overall good experience.food service is fast.

so, are you looking for a amazing ambience with amazing drinks for a get together with your old friends then i think you should visit this place, which i personally love it, and so me and my super senior @angika decided to cover this amazing place, so here is it, entering with a amazing ambience with a huge jhumar in top, at the left side with a live performance for the artist (drummers, guitarist, pianist and singer, in the front the bar area and a place of seating arrangement for 30-40 persons inside and also with a seating in outside of max. 20 persons.

so we decided to try something which we both can finish it out..

non veg dipper box- i really love this because first is the presentation they serve, wow those are looks so stunning, with a small-small frying iron box (idk what that things called 😂) but looks pretty awesome and the taste wow thechickenstuff was so full of and when we break it and have it with the mayo wow that was so delicious 😍

chicken tikka pizza: i really love that pizza because of there crust that was so crunch i really love those pizza which is thin and with the edges, yeah the flavour ofchickenwas really seems so nice with the flavour of tikkachicken❤️

if you are looking for a place with eye catching ambienice, delicious food, exotic drinks and heart warming music in sector v, the the spirits is the right place for you. visiting this place was on my bucketlist for a long time, finally visited the spirits few days back and i absolutely loved this place. located inside globsyn building in ep block, this place can accommodate more than 100 people at once. they have both indoor and outdoor seating arrangements with comfort seating and they have a separate smoking zone too. don't worry they are following all the health protocols to ensure our safety. coming to the food we had here :

we started with atishi aloo, mexican pickled veg tostada, non veg dipper box, hari mirch murgh tikka and gandhoraj fish tikka.
stuffed with bell peppers and cheese the atishi aloo tasted really delicious and the smoky flavour took it to a whole new level. mexican pickled veg tostada is basically corn tortillas topped with salsa, sour cream and cheese. non veg dipper box was loaded with crispychickenwings, cornflakes crustedchickenand popcorn chicken, served with three different types of dips. i really liked the succulent and spicy pieces of hari mirch murgh tikkas which tastesd really good with the mint chutney. gandhoraj fish tikka was very soft, juicy and just melted in mouth. this item is highly recommended.

in main course we tried their mutton bowl, history of kolkata and narkel chingri risotto. the mutton bowl was loaded with succulent pieces of kolkata style boneless mutton and green peas & mint pulao. history of kolkata is basically kolkata style prawn malaicurry, the malaicurry was very creamy and delicious, it was served with rice and in-house salad.
loved the flavors of grated coconut, cheese and prawns in risotto, it was totally unique.

we ended this amazing gastronomic journey with their signature dessert meteor crush.

we also tried some exotic drinks like battle of whiskey, pink tinny, old cuban here.

overall i had a great experience. from food to ambienice i loved everything about this place. the service was prompt even the staffs were very friendly. i would love to recommend this place to everyone.

spirits located in salt lake, globsyn building, is a gem among other happening places in town. opening the massive door you will the beautiful ambience with wood finishing, plush seats and the laser lights. being a gastropub they serve some of the most mouthwatering foods in town. we ordered:

meat-lovers, go for the mutton bowl for fall-off-the-bone tender meat with green peas pulao and salad. non veg deeper box, perfectly cooked crispy fried wings, popcornchickenandchickennuggets with ridiculously crisp batter, with smokey barbeque sauce, garlic aioli, and an unassuming gentle smoked chilli aioli "dip" that brims with flavour. the narkel chingri risotto is made for those who fancy unique entrees but are mindful of the diet. no visit to the spirits is complete without a taste of narkel chingri risotto.  they are serving some of the best cocktails and mocktails. besides this shisha is also available here. the spirits is excellent place for party rockers and night craps.

▪️i’ve heard a lot about this place. the thing you see first after your entrance is the big “spirits” logo lighted up and tasteful music. place is pretty spacious. they’ve three types of seating arrangement. ground, floored and outside. we chose the ground seating.

▪️ service is nice, staffs were courteous. everything came on our table in a very little time. they kept asking if there’s anything more you’d need.

▪️ now food & drinks, we ordered two 30 ml teachers highlanders, one brain freezer in shisha, onechickenpeshawari murg tikka & crispy honey glazed chicken. though we went there on a monday so very less crowd. they didn’t take any chances with the quality of food. tikkas were served with hummus and mint yoghurt green chutney and pickled onions. kebabs were moist and was cut like butter. super soft and delicious.

crispychickenwas also yumm. not basic stuff we’ve everywhere. it had very less coating and juicy meat inside. sauce was on the sweeter side. it was served with fried noodles and chopped spring onions on top.

▪️ for the first time, it was really good, i don’t have anything to complain about. experience was great. i’d suggest more people to visit.

the food quality is really good . we hadchickenwings , pizza , those were really good . also we had cocktails. must say the ambiance and stuff behaviour is really amazing. we were lucky we got experience the live music , which was like cherry on the cake .

amazing ambience and food was too delicious . staffs are very friendly and well behaved. hadchickenrashmi kabab and its a try must dish . had a great birthday lunch and thank you the spirit for the brownie and ice cream ❤️

it was totally bland no flavours no spices at all not even salt as if the noodles were juat bolied and dumped in with raw cabbage capsicum a bit of boiled prawnschickenand egg, absolutely disgusting

recently i visited this place with my friends really happy with our experience ....
this place is situated in side the globsyn building in sector -5... this is where major pubs and restaurants are situated.... a gem among other happening places in town.
now coming back to the ambience.... the ambience was nice with lighted decor proper bar counter and smoking area. this place can host to a maximum of 150 - 250 people together. young vibes good music and cosy atmosphere makes it a favourite of many party people.
on our visit we enjoyed their new festival menu
'festival of global grill' ...where they have curated a veg and non veg options as part of their menu and that too can be experienced in a live counter... that was amazing

i tried their
morocco malai bbqchicken- this was an oriental preparation of bbqchicken....first of its kind that i tasted....very soft as you take a bite of this hot bbqchicken....sweet yet spicy makes me want more

thai bbqchicken- this bbq makes u enjoy a flavour of the lime with the spicychickenportions was quite noteworthy...

aam kasundi bhetki - this was my all time favourite.... as a bengali bhetki is an emotion and it is not completed untill you enjoy it with a dip in the kasundi .... and that preparation as part of a kebab was amazing slightly charred and fresh... very juicy totally loved it ....

each of this dishes were amazing and portions were good and priced reasonably.... must say loved it a lot...

really looking forward to our next visit ...
