it was a amazing bengali buffet experienced with the spirit in occasion of poila boisakh..
it was my first time over there and it’s lovely to get such a perfect ambience,food and the behaviour of their staff..

went to try their buffet menu in noboborsho..it was a mess..they didn't have that seating capacity but taken almost 350 prior paid booking from nearbuy and etc .. food was cold..taste was thik thak..people need to wait for refill the macher paturi, chingri, pabda...ice cream was out of stock..they say it was on the way, i guess from factory..they charged 1200 with tax with such a poor service..moreover they keep coming and asking people when they would leave the table so that more people can come in...i mean what the hell with these restaurant..
really not at all good service.. that's why you should alwys trust upon authentic bengali restaurant for bengali cuisine..

i went to celebrate my naboborsho in spritis which is located in saltlake, sector 5.
the special buffet cost me around rs.999 where i get a loot of food starting from apetizer, main course and dessert. it's a proper three course meal.
in appetizer i got potol bhaja, bori bhaja kalo jeera diya beguni, dakai mochar chop aam diya vegetible cutlet, pyaaj posto bora, lonka achaar murgi paturi, topshe macch fry, kolkata fish fry, dimer devil, chingri macher chop.
for the maib course i'd veg and non veg both starting from aloo phoolkopir dalna, shukto, dhokar dalna, channar kofta, aam diya bhindi, macch paturi, pabda tel bori jhol, dakbanglo murgi, kosha mangsho, chingrimacher malai curry.
in breads and rice i had chicken biryani, veg biryani, basonti pulao, ghee bhaat, luchi, radhabollovi.
for dessert payesh, misti doi, bengali malpua, chom chom, rabri, jol bhora sandesh, roshomalai, misit paan

two days back was here to have their naboborsho menu. the quality of the food is very nice. the ambience is wonderful. staffs were all well behaved and cooperative. i just loved their chingri macher malai kari and the dessert platter. it was really excellent. it was overall a great experience at this place. hope to have a further visit soon in future.

went there to try out their poila boishak special buffet. its located at sector 5. the ambiance and decor just won our heart.

the poila boishak buffet had a vast lavish spread at just rs 999/- loved each and every dish. quality of each and every food needs a special mention.

really loved it . overall had a gokd experience. recommended to you all.

went to poila baisakh buffet , this is the worst management i have ever seen , they dont have proper sitting capacities and they sold the voucers to lots of people pricing about 800-1100 but they dont know how to manage the crowd !
nothing was available there , they event dont have normal items like rice mutton, chicken , fish , nothing !
main course, starters all the things were empty and refilling up taking more than 30 minutes or no refilling was there
even noone of management even was sorry for that !
the worst buffet of kolkata i had yesterday! it was just waste of money !

we went there for poila boishakh buffet. we bought coupon from nearby and booked table through dine out app as asked by them over a call. buffet timing was 12:30 onwards and we reach there at 1 sharp. and the useless manager told they can only give seats upstairs as there are no place at ground floor. i can see two sofas empty and asked them whether we can have food there. they said no, as they were booked by some 20 ppl group. the place was overcrowded. they sold coupons more than their capacity. buffet was placed in such a way, that you cannot pick up your food easily. ppl are pushing you from front and behind. and after several attempt you have to return to your table without food. it was full chaos. paturi, topse fry, prawn and mutton trolley was empty. refilling was taking lot of time. menu mentioned ice cream counter but it was not available. there was this female manger who asked us to sit outside in the scorching heat. she also offered the place upstairs where we have to bring food from downstairs to upstairs on the narrow wooden stairs. when we said it is not possible for us and we have done prior reservation. she was throwing attitude and said everybody is doing so. we asked in front of her one of the guests, whether she is doing happily or not. she replied no. the manager was useless, arrogant, non cooperative and doesn't know customer service or management. a big disappointment.

booked for poila baisakh lunch through nearby app for ₹899 per person and.. one of the worst experience i have ever had in my life..
worst management, worst food quality, half of the items were just finished and not refilled..and management,they don't care about that too,they have their own arogance as if we are having a lunch in free of cost ..too worst...all they trays were filled with water not food. horrible service
