solid new bar & grill in t-town. i drove from seattle to social bar and grill on a tip from a buddy. cool location right on the water in tacoma, right next to theglassmuseum. my party and i were greeted by friendly faces. we sat in the bar; however there was plenty of seating options, including a fire pit outside. the food: prawns, duck, beef skewers, calamari, we had a bunch of small plates. all were cooked to perfection a complimented with the right spices and accompanying starches & veggies. all were super fun to eat and really delicious. good looking (i am aware i am shallow) and professional staff. the social b&g gets top marks. go next time you're in town, even worth a special trip.
