disappointed. went on a sunday morning and there was one person in front of us. iordereda cinnamon chai and my wifeordereda soy chai, both to go. we alsoordereda pastry. we waited about 20 minutes before asking if our drinks would be ready soon, and they said they had forgotten about one of them. the other was sitting there cooling off. after another 10 minutes they gave us the drinks in cups and saucers. we reminded them that we hadorderedto go. they poured the drinks directly into to-go cups and the liquid came up about halfway. coupled with my dry muffin, i found the experience quite disappointing for $16.
oh, and the only menus available are hanging from the counter. you have to be actively looking for them to find them.
we wanted to like it but were unimpressed. maybe it was a bad day?
