the worst customer service ever!. i am stunned and disappointed about the nonexistant customer service at lakeland hills lake tapps rock. icalledto order pizza for dinner and was told that they were busy and would not be taking any pizza orders. i have never heard of a restaurant responding in such a way. then to make things even worse, my husband and some of his fellow police officerscalledhours later and they were told the same thing. i have eaten in and placed to go orders a number of times, and the customer service has been lacking more than it has been good. it is a shame that our local rock pizza has become such a problem.
