great food. my wife & i have been there several times now. on date nights, we enjoy the semi-privacy of the "vip" booth. on family night, our four kids join us for a great meal. i have nothing bad to say about their food or service. their prices are fair too.

the worst customer service ever!. i am stunned and disappointed about the nonexistant customer service at lakeland hills lake tapps rock. i called to order pizza for dinner and was told that they were busy and would not be taking any pizza orders. i have never heard of a restaurant responding in such a way. then to make things even worse, my husband and some of his fellow police officers called hours later and they were told the same thing. i have eaten in and placed to go orders a number of times, and the customer service has been lacking more than it has been good. it is a shame that our local rock pizza has become such a problem.

i called phil at the rock and said it was my anniversary and he held the best seat in the house for me till i arrived. i had the grocery store bring roses over for the table. when my wife and i arrived i was greeted with warm and friendly hostesses they called me by name through the night. the table was set beautifully and the food was great. they went above and beyond my expectations with the food service, personal touch and gifts. we have been honored on our anniversary as if it is something sacred and valuable. i would recommend the rock wood fired pizza to anyone.

what can one say? it's good pizza and there isn't much good food in auburn. it is my preferred pizza when eating in the area.

great pizza. other items on the menu are average. service is usually very good, i've been to the rock probably 25 times. only complaints are the lack of quality food other than pizza (which is great) and the pricing. not a cheap experience for a pizza place.

the service here is slow and inattentive. also, you have guys parking loud harleys up on the sidewalk like they are something special. i live about 7 blocks from this restaurant, and still go to the federal way location. that should tell you something.

the rock is one of our favorites. great original pizzas along with great private label beers and fun classic rock environment makes for excellent casual dining experience.

the pizza here is the best i have had. try the "bad to the bone" pizza or the "founders pie" two of the best. also a great place to grab a beer and people watch.
