the restaurant - trident hotel

i like the staff and food options but i didn't find anything special in the menu, even if there was, no one communicated it to us.

the restaurant hasgoodambience and proper social distancing is followed.

this is very nice restro in our agra food isgood service is very bad notgoodservice provides ambeince is verygoodbut all those who go to stay there are allowed to do photo shoots, whereas those who go to eat food are not allowed to shoot photos nd all ....this is something very strange, but the staff there stare at their guest in such a way that it looks very strange. if you are from agra or are living outside agra, you people never go to this hotel is very expensive and very stupid. this is a money wasted hotel ......my very very bad experience... thanku

the place was great as expected. the best part was trident hospitality.the team was great and made sure they served us well.we were made to try various different dishes as agoodgesture .the quantity was also well satisfying.overall a great experience

this is located inside of trident hotel agra.
had breakfast here during stay in same hotel. 
staff are polite and ready to serve even its was buffet. variety of food wasgoodand loved their taste also. interiors are rich, yes its quite expensive but value for money place to visit.

the staff is courteous and the only impressive part. food is not made for indian taste buds. it is too bland and lacks that curry spice punch. i am sure european folks wld love it. but if i stay at trident i'll order from taste of spice. 2 km away and real indian taste. also their breakfast thoughgoodlacks variety so if you are staying for more than 2 days i'll suggest you only opt for bed only not b&b as you will find the same menu every day.

we stayed in the hotel for a couple of days. the breakfast buffet was really really nice. we also had food and snacks in the bar and really enjoyed everything!
if you're looking for very well done international cuisine, trident is a verygoodoption!
they also have indian food of course, but we didn't try a lot indian.

the service in the restaurant (and in the hotel) is extraordinary! they make everything possible for you! everyone is polite and happy and try to do everything to make your stay just perfect!

the buffet is lavish and worth the money. better to take tiny portions if you want to taste all what they have prepared.goodlayout and service.

not so amazing. although it has agoodview, nice staff,goodservice and even thegoodwas okay, but the buffet spread is nor sufficient neither attractive.. drinks are overpriced..

i went to trident, agra just a day before christmas eve with my wife and kid. we had read about their restaurant alfresco, an italian one on zomato and had gone there to havegooditalian food. however, all guests were being seated in their multi-cuisine restaurant called la brasserie, which means ‘the restaurant’ in english. on browsing through their menu, we found that it would be better to opt for a dinner buffet rather than order a-la-carte.

the restaurant is a very spacious one. the best part about the layout of the restaurant is that it looks very neat and very non-crowded despite sufficient number of guests dining at that time. our attendant’s name was srishti, who was a trainee there and she made us very comfortable and served very well. she arranged for a baby chair for our kid and was thoroughly helpful. she also arranged for my wife’s phone to be charged as our charger was not working.

the buffet was very good. everything was very well done. i would say that i have seen more lavish buffets than this one but the preparation was far better than most of the places. the buffet had 2 soups- veg and chicken,gooddessert counter, plenty of salads, snacks, fish, indian/mughlai curries andgoodchoice of breads. i found the fish to be cold and on informing them about it, the staff was very apologetic and came twice to say sorry for the same. i particularly liked potato wedges, chicken curry, vegetable-au-gratin, cream of chicken soup, chicken pasta salad, mushroom vegetable (since it was prepared with a twist). the person at the dessert counter himself offered to get me a gulab jamun, even though it was not on display anywhere in the buffet menu. i think that the dessert menu should have been a bit more elaborate considering the fact that people like to try out different desserts at suchgoodhotels since they are prepared very well.
 
overall, agoodluxurious place to have dinner with your family. cost of buffet per person – inr 1600.

i visited agra last month along with the family. we stayed at trident and ate here few times. it is an slightly above average restaurant from food perspective. spread is very limited. mostly indian food for dinner and done well but mostly for the foreign palate. the hotels seems to be a favorite haunt of foreign tour operators. breakfast was slightly better but not by much. south indian dishes like vada and idli were below average. kachauri and aloo ki sabzi were better. buffet spread is surprisingly limited - very few cold cuts, no bacon etc. although the food is average, restaurant's service is exemplary! they went out of their way to accommodate our requests and interests. they would regularly cook dishes outside the buffet spread if we wanted to something different, for example my daughter wanted to eat pasta and it was not in the buffet but they cooked it for us. the entire restaurant staff led by ashutosh, took reallygoodcare of us during our stay at the hotel!
