the menu has many, many different styles of hot dogs to choose from: classics such as a chicago-style (mustard, relish, onion, peppers and a pickle spear) they call the tacoma, a new york classic the coney (mustard, meat chili and onion) and even a version of the infamous seattle-style (cream cheese, grilled onion, mustard), but they call it the 6th ave strut and use fresh, not grilled onions. they have sausage and vegetarian options as well as the standard hot dogs to choose from. they also have an imaginative streak and have many unusual and creative items on the menu: the tideflats ( two dogs, open-faced with mustard, ketchup, relish, onions, peppers, jalapenos, kraut, chili, slaw and nacho cheese - whew!) which isn't for the faint of heart and today's much simpler, but no less creative, selection, the hosmer hound dog.
