an i in an alternate universe?. i love crepes, so i was really excited about the perch. i arrived during a pretty busy time so i understand it taking a bit longer, but it kinda got ridiculous. i ordered a banana crepe and some shrimp and grits. after waiting 45 minutes, the server brought over my crepe with no grits. i told her i had ordered also shrimp andgritsand she walked off only to return and tell me she forgot to charge me so she would need my credit card. now, i'm already going to have to wait another 40 minutes for them because of her error, but i have to pay for them too? so i pay and wait, and wait, and wait. finally i went back over and asked them to put thegritsin a to go container because at this point i had been at the perch for an hour and a half and i had other things i needed to do with the day. some long time later, i exasperatedly walked up to the front with my purse in hand and hovered until they were done. now, the food was good, but no food is worth waiting a total of 90 minutes for. it really was lacking in the customer service department.
