having lived all over the world (europe and south america), i can say this restaurant is decent, but not worth the money.
there are not many restaurants such as these in the area (formal, dinner set lighting, fancy menus and linens), so the charge for the visual portion of the experience.
in my opinion, the food would get a 6.7 on a 10 point scale. the service is also decent, but the servers are off point, due to the lack of formal training.
if you do wish to spend that amount of money on better food, i would try the santa fe steakhouse. if, however, you decide on el patio, go there during the week, as at 11pm, the owners for some reason, decided it would be agreatidea to turn it into a club that plays pitbull's greatest hits.
