the palate - ramada plaza

i'm really disappointed with the treatment metted out to the person who came there on my behalf to pickup the order.. i have been a regular customer of the palate, ramada hotel and i'm in love with their north indian food...
but how this hotel andstafftreated me and my pickup guy, is just inhumane.. firstly, they didn't allow him to enter the hotel premises, on the pretext that they don't entertain such pickups...
secondly, when i called them, citing my inability(posted as a doctor-on-duty in charge of covid ward) to come there to pickup the food myself, they hung up the phone after arguing...
you should be ashamed of calling yourself working in a hotel/ restaurant, if you don't have the courtesy of dealing with your customers and making them go away empty stomach... my curses are with you, for this harsh and uncalled for behaviour..

had a very good experience in having breakfast here.... excellent service..... had green chilly alo paratha.....staffvery courteous and soft spoken.

delicious multi cuisine food, friendlystaffand amazing variety.. what else do you need on your tour to varanasi ?? a must visit place with some really yummy food and live kitchens ❤️❤️ made my trip worthy for sure 😊😊 the restaurant manager ravi comes and meets you in person to check whether you are satisfied and if you need anything else..

lovely ambience,courteousstaffand quick service. loved this place. went for dinner with family. daals,paneer dishes and naan all was good. well prepared food at perfect price. enjoed eating here. will definitely go again.

the interiors are just mind blowing. thestaffis well mannered and courteous. highly overpriced and food tastes are not up to the mark. bar is cozy and almost empty with high rates. food quality is not likeable and neither its price. the ambience of a 5 star is undoubtedly perfect.
