one of the oldest pubs in london, absolutely teeming with history, you can almost hear the ol' seafarers wiling away time in thisriverfacing pub.
inside, all the old beams are intact, lending a warm cosy family atmosphere and outside you can sit by theriverand watch the world go by. the pub quizzes here are legendary although unfortunately i've failed to make it for this, but it's on my list and one day i'll make it, a group of friends in tow and tuck into one of their lovely fish and chip or cheese dinners.
