asked to remove the service charge as it is optional and it totally depends on the customer if we want to pay or not. but they totally denied it as i was going to pay through zomato pro. they said they will only remove it if and only if i pay through cash or card.

worst service. the staff was worst, there is no place to sit. it’s over crowded and they don’t check if people have place to sit or to order. the staff response is worse, they be rude.

manager’s attitude was the biggest problem.
things could have been said in a polite way. the rudenesses in explaining was the worst. worst behaviour.

the food was amazing, ordered non vegetarian platter, had good quantity. the vibe of the place was also good. the staff was very courteous and told us about various ongoing offers and discounts.

we liked the food,ambience and the music. but the service was less than average. the whiskey bottle we ordered was served and we were off to dancing floor by the time we were back it was not found on our table. after checking with staff they say that's not our problem and we can't help on it. overall rating for service was not up to the mark. they struggled to fulfill the order. looks like the bandwidth was less and that's when they were not able to handle the crowd. one lady in our group she was served her drink after an hour with 2 sip in it. it was our first time visit we hadn't expected this kinda experiencing. you guys need to grow your staff size for avoiding such reviews.

manager in lal street was so bad.. most horrible hotel manager. we ordered fish and it was way too salty. we got twice the same item and hotel manager said its not salty. we asked them to take that as it was so bad. they charged. you should not keep such manager who dont care and dont understand.

horrible experience. for the items we ordered the taste wasn't up to the mark - loaded fries, fish tikka and chicken lababdar pizza.

the worse thing was the the wait staff stopped us from going to the dance floor very rudely asking to bill first, makes you feel totally unwelcome. they also refused to accept zomato pro stating weekend even though the place was active on pro.

anyone who wana listen some local telugu songs while boozing should not go here. so called dj and staff denied playing regional songs despite request from several groups. these guys seems interested only in bollywood only.

got served warm beer. on telling the waiter, he brought back the same. no wonder the crowd has drastically reduced. never going again.
