this place. this place is amazing. we heard so much about it and finally made it out to do the tour and get lunch. first let me say the your is intriguing and kelly is a great host, so witty and fun! lunch was delicious. the smoked fish dip is the best i've ever had. the servers are friendly and professional. very attentive. the drinks are awesome! everything was so good we took our parents here a few days after we went and they loved it too. nice jazz music while you eat and everything is very classy. love this place, such a great addition to st augustine. and did i mention buying from local farmers and investing in our community? way to go guys

i had lunch here yesterday. i sat at the bar which was great because rob took great care of me! this is more of a drinking establishment as they specialize in unique and scratch prepared drinks both alcoholic and nonalcoholic. rob gave me a great education on good combinations of drinks. he also prepared for a scratch ginger soda which was great!! i also had the shrimp roll with red potato salad. it was fresh and delicious!! unlike other reviewers, i found the lunch menu to be creative and had several choices. the building is very cool!

doesn't need my review. the ice plant doesn't need me to give it a good review. after all, there was a two-hour wait for a table of two this evening. that being said, my friend and i sat at the bar and had delicious drinks, decent service, and good food. i will be back. no other place like it in st aug. cheers!

...food isn’t an after thought at this bar. the kitchen makes everything fresh from scratch, down to the ketchup it serves on its hand cut french fries. dishes run the gamut from small, bite-sized plates like fresh pretzels served with a warm cheese dipping sauce to larger dishes such as pork chops and burgers.

great friday night spur of the moment. some friends and i attended a cocktail class at the st. augustine distillery which is in the same building at the ice plant. after the class, we decided to try out the restaurant. it was packed on a early friday night. we opted to have light apps while sitting in the waiting area. everyone enjoyed them. decided to order actual meal. burger was great. friends enjoyed their meals as well. service was attentive. interesting cocktails, nice vibe to the place.

i agree with the june 26th review. (staff and waitress were extremely nice.)

food only average. the lunch menu is very limited and i could only find 1 thing on the menu without onions (of which i cannot eat) very disappointed that i had to have a salad. the building is very cool and it is worth a trip there just for that. but don't expect to go and be wowed by the food.

fantastic!!!! think of myself as a bit of a food snob and this was a fantastic experience. atmosphere was great, service exemplary, drinks fresh and unique and tje food was exquisite. has to be my new favorite place to eat.

amazing. had an old fashioned...probably the best one i have ever had. get the devils on horseback they are simply to die for. service was great!!! highly recommend.

firstly, the plant is open for dinner now. table of 4 and all of our meals were fabulous. great place. go when you can.

...this wasn't just any burger - a juicy grass-fed georgia beef patty with bacon-chive aioli, l.t.o., adding cheddar cheese, mushrooms and bacon. served with a house made pickle and hand cut fries - wholly wow.

tell us when you close. disappointed to not find out they were closed for renovations after the drive from jax. please announce closure somewhere!
