average service; brassy owner. a gentle inquiry about the long wait forfoodresulted in a wait person who said "well i don't make the food", an apologetic manager who went to check on the order, and finally a owner who, rather than talking with me privately (as i did with the other folks), chose to tell half the room that thefoodis all fresh-made and the normal wait time is 30 minutes, and that ours was ready in 32.
well, the reality is that it was much longer, so i suspect the waitperson failed to enter the order right away. i explained that neither the waitperson nor the manager explained the "30 minute rule" and both agreed that the order took too long to fill. so, we all heard about how she has been in the business for 37 years, it's only food, and that she would remove my meal from he check.
thefoodwas served hot, at least, but was not spectacular.
