doesn’t taste like thai food

i ordered exactly the same item via swiggy yesterday. egg fried rice with chicken kungpao from the same restaurant. portion size was bigger(there were 4 momos and 1 lime juice) where as in your order there was 1 momo and no lime juice. price was lesser in swiggy for it.

a very good place to spend your time with family and have a delicious meal ,lovely ambience and very polite and friendly staff team .the food was amazing, fresh food with a wide range of menu and so many options to choose from , the beef roulade was sooo good my mom loved it, now it has become her favorite beef dish in trivandrum , the meat was tender with lots of flavor, the hot chocolate was good too ,though i didn't taste it my dad said it was good it had the perfect amount of sweetness and chocolateyness. the rose icecream was one of it's kind, there was so much petals and it was a unique rosy taste. totally loved our experience , and since it's within town it's very easy to navigate in google without any difficulty. will definitely revisit and recommend others to try it too.

apart from the abnormal delay of food preparation of almost 1 hour, taste and quantity wise it was good. hence the 4 star.

i usually dont write reviews..but this is one of the worst experience i had in my life related to food. would have given a zero if there is an option. i ordered udon noodles, chicken ramen, tenderloin steak, bimpipap. all of them were not at all good enough to put in one's mouth. the ramen noodles was bland and felt like eating noodles straight from hot water, no taste at all. the udon noodles was just normal fast food noodles, the original udon noodles should be thick but this one is just plain dry noodles..the steak and bimpipap was equally bad. the service was very disappointing, when we complained about the food they had nothing to say just nod their heads and do nothing at all. the food was very expensive and not worth at all. i recommend everyone not to visit this place and find another restaurant with quality service and food. kudos to the person reading this please dont commit the same mistake i did.

all as small as my 1year olds little finger. i was thinking it will make an appetiser for 3. but not even for the kids. how pathetic

it was a very bad experience.. the lasagne was burnt and noodles was very dry

1.i had paid for cutlery. not provided with the food.
2. no sauce was provided. when u pay 500 bucks for just 2 chinese dishes of noodles u should give sauce.
3. i am a regular customer in restaurant. but sorry to say ur standards are going down.
