our friends suggested we meet here and this was my first visit. nice little pub in the heart of bruntsfield.
food was delicious and presented in alovelyway on wooden boards (although personally i don’t like eating a main meal off a woden board!) the bill was more than we were expected £120 for 4 - we had 4 mains, 2 starters, 2 puddings and some beer and the portions were quite small for the price.
waitress service for food and drink at our little booth was a great touch and we had excellent service.
the only thing i would say is that we wanted to chat and the place was very busy (sunday night) with students which made it quite noisy.
