gluten free goodness.... my mother has a gluten allergy, so i regularly find myself cooking and eating gluten-free food. when it comes to baked goods, it is really difficult to turn out a great cake or cookie without using regular flour. anyone that can do it well, deserves an award... the funky muffin knows how to do it, and they're turning outawesomedonuts, oatmeal cookies, and more. in a blind taste test, you would never know that the product is gluten free.
