the flipping egg

never will eat there again. went to the flipping egg today was a very unpleasant experience. i ordered an over easy egg and the whites were raw. it would have been fine if our he/she waitress/waiter would have come to check on us and had offered me another egg. it brought the check and never asked how things were. never even got a refill on drinks. when they figured out that i was unhappy by wanting my dollar in change they asked if i had a problem and when i told them my problem it wanted to argue with me unbelievable argue with a customer. this establishment needs to train their employees and teach them ethics. again i think this fallsbackto the leadership of the establishment. i wondered why they were not busy. i guess i know now and hope everyone else does to. i will never go there again.

everytime i come here the food is good. the problem is the staff. everytime we have to wait at least 30 minutes, and everytime there are lots of empty tables that noone will clean off. the wait staff is so slow and not very friendly. the only reason we have comebackthe 2 times we did, is because the food is actually good. we would come here a lot more frequently if they had better service.

what a find!. while visiting family in abilene the flipping egg was recommended to us as a breakfast choice. oh my goodness! you have got to try the german apple pancake. my wife and i both had one and it was absolutely wonderful. i have never had anything quite like it. it is not listed on their website menu but there is a picture of it in their slideshow. our son had cinnamon roll pancakes. his comment was "saying these pancake are good would be an insult!". we are definitely going to gobackone more time while before we leave.

phlegm in my coffee creamer bowl!!!! it was aweful i tried to tell myself it was egg white, but when i saw the booger debris in it i knew better. i tried to play it off i got my order and could not eat my food i told the waitress to take the bowl of creamer away and she looked inside and just threw it away. the waitress camebackto our table and asked if everything was ok and i told her no i am grossed out i can't eat. she took my plate away and brought us the check. charged me full price for a plate of food she had to throw away. then when i told her i was not happy with them charging me she said the manager offered me a 10% off card for the next time i come in. i told her the manager should be speaking to me and not hiding in the back. that i will pay for this food, but i am not leaving a tip and you can keep your 10% off card because i will not be back. they where lucky that i was very quiet so that the other guests could not hear what was going on. i ordered the double with a side of hash browns guess the trash can enjoyed it.

took a little while to get seated and to get our food but it was worth it. everything was amazing being in air force i miss that home style cooked breakfast and this reminded me off that. delicious and will gobackoften

slightly disorganized still. no silverware or napkins on the table. wait staff needs name tags, no idea what our servers name was! menu is small and easy to read. not a lot of "healthy" choices. would be nice if offered egg beaters or turkey sausage. the multi grain granola pancakes see amazing though!! food came out fast and our server was very attentive and friendly. bacon was not crispy. :( good first try, would comebackagain. we have been going to cracker barrel and this is a welcomed change!
