not what it was cracked up to be!. looked at the ratings so decided to go since we were in town for the first time. no wait to be seated! great start! however, service was slow to put our food order in after getting our drink order. they only do breakfast and lunch so nothing extravagant. after waiting to place our food order, we got our 3 easy orders placed, we waited about 25-30 mins before getting our plates and the food wasnt hot! there wasn't a big crowd in this place so i didnt get it! lastly i have had a larger portion of food for less the cost! 2 eggs, 2 slices of bacon and a waffle for about $9. so if you aren't in a rush or starving, go for it.

very slow kitchen. ordered basic breakfast items for two people (eggs, toast, biscuits and gravy) and a cup of soup. we sat for 20 minutes before the waitress came to tell us that the soup we ordered wasn't actually available. then another 20mins to just leave. waited 40 minutes for nothing. the only thing we know about the food here is that the chocolate milk was good. don't waste your time.

terrible. so we waited 30 minutes to be seated and then was told it would be 45 minutes for food and the waitress had the i don't care attirude..will never go there again. food not great either.

yummy!. go! just not while i am there so i dont have to wait in line behind you! service is grand, condiments are sparkling-clean, and the manager personally checks on your table- every. single. time. i stumbled on the egg and i while looking for a different eatery- i have not yet been to that first eatery. my loyalties lie with benedict 8 ways and other fabulous brunch items. i have taken family, in-laws, and visiting friends (with kids and without) and have never been disappointed. the only suggestion i would have for this restaurant is that they heat the plates the benedicts are served on. otherwise, nothing. i love you, egg & i! :) and your pariseienne benedict, too.

this has usually been out "go to" breakfast place, however, the last two times we have been here it was not good at all. and each time the server could have cared less. won't be goin back.

great breakfast.. pancakes are huge, so don't order two unless you can eat about 3 normal sized pancakes..

one of our favorites to visit at least once while visiting pc..

hottess was friendly. sat us quickly. server was.. slacking. food was well priced. fruit was slimy, besides that everything else was alright.

this is a great place for breakfast in pcb. everything was fresh,large portions, staff was friendly and tentative. manager came and checked on us. returned following day to try something else on the menu se great food and service. a+

just awful! had a bad run the first time around with long wait times & bad service. the food wasn't awful, but nothing spectacular. decided to try again this morning. ridiculous wait time. they sat people completely out of order of when they arrived. watched probably 12 tables leave around the same time & it took another 15 minutes for them to seat the next group. our waitress was good, but that couldn't make up for the awful food. i will mainly point on the eggs - as the name is the egg & i, i would expect amazing eggs. i got mine scrambled & was disgusted as soon as i stuck my fork into them. either they were not real eggs (egg beaters?) or they had been severely watered down with water. when i smushed my fork on them, they turned into a wet, mushy paste. i will never go back, that it for sure!

good food, great staff, break an egg!. i go there about twice a month for breakfast with 10 of my friends. the staff always has our table ready, the service is fast and the food is great and plentiful! we are all ex-navy divers and can we eat! they fill us up and send us on with a smile. any sour grapes probably come from folks that are never happy. you hungry? eat here.

i have never had such horrible service! i'm not from around here and have never felt so unwelcomed. our server was beyond rude and literally yelled at me when i politely sent my food back.if you are looking for a nice friendly environment i would not recommend this place to anyone! go to the local mcdonalds and you will have a way better experience.

across the street to andy flour power. everyone goes there.
