the ambience was great, when wevisitlive music was going on , by mr. sebastian which was incredible. we ordered chinese bhel, onion rings, peanut chat , red velvet shake, red sangria and sex on the beach. red sangria quantity is very less in a small glass and wine color was pink, red velvet shake was extremely sweet , chinese bhel had too much sauces in it rest of the food is very good.

i visited drowning street on 08/20.
i will recommend this place by likes of its situation.

what i liked -
service was quick
our server was great & asked for review post delivering each dish
dedicated smoking zone
clean washrooms
in food paneer lababdar and veg dum biryani are great option if you stay late for dinner

things i didn’t like -
paneer tikka ( tandoori) pizza was too sweet . over all it is no recommend from us.
paneer tikka was delivered dead cold
in house dj took a lot of time to understand crowd vibe
chakna platter was absolute waste ( too spicy- inedible salty)
service charge is whopping 10% - this should ideally be optional (no mandatory pre-print on cheque)

overall the ambience is great and if you are bored with other pubs then it’s a good recommend forvisit.

tried this absolutely fulfilling chole kulche combo and keema pav with a nachos and chalna platter all absolutely amazing at thedrowningstreet ❤️
don’t forget to order these with your favourite drinks when youvisit.

visited drowning street with my friends some days back and i just loved their new menu!! recently they have launched their new meny and it gives you total desi street food feels.
i tried chakhna platter, pav bhaji, onion rings, keema pav, chola kulcha and cigar rolls in dessert. i really liked keema pav and chakhna platter a lot.
i also tried some drinks like tequila shots platter and pinacola.
about the ambience i would like to say its very nice and groovy with good music and lightings, seatings are very comfortable and quite spacious. their staff is very welcoming and humble.
over all it was great experience, i spent really good time and looking forward tovisitagain.

perfect place to chill and hangout with friends. super ambiance and service is good enough.
taste and prentation of food is very good and must recommended is chola paneer kulcha and keema pav. 😍💯

worst food experience till date. crispy corn,chilly chicken were of very bad taste and flavor and nowhere comparable to their prices. even the mojito was not made correctly and had to return twice for it to be corrected but still the final outcome was below average. only thing appreciable was mr. tarkeshwar pandey who fulfilled his duties of a server to the best possible he could and nicely while doing that.

would highly recommend not tovisitthis place as it's a complete letdown. had to return back without having dinner just because of the utter food dissatisfaction.

this place is always happening and full of people.
the place is very beautiful and clean.
if you wanna have talks with beer or alcohol pleasevisithere.
the music is not that loud but danceable. you mustvisitand enjoy the ambience here. the crowd is great and many events are organised by the club very often.

i loved the vibe of the drowning street

see how they served sizzler, going out of the plate. and as per price, quantity was very less. no lights at all on the table. looks like we are the food in dark(without electricity). they served 2 mocktail (hot and spicy and drowning masala) , both of these mocktails is just worst. no taste at all just lot of ice in it. in this corona time where people avoid drinking even cold water, you put so much ice. i agree ice is main integrediant, but this much is it really required ??? this makes the drink no taste.
and at last, when we came out no mouth freshener, and you put "souf with misri", what a cheap restuarant. atleast you can afford some descent mouth freshener as your price for everything just crossing rs400.

an awesome ambience with soul pleasing live music arrangements.
the atmosphere and setting inside is very lively and ample to support approx 50 people at a time. there is facility to enjoy open air sitting.

the starters are superb and quite enjoyable
we ordered soup, mojito, chilly chicken, crispy corn and potato cheese balls.
the food preparation time is little high if there are sufficient guests so order wisely.
coming to main course i feel there is still quite room for improvement. chicken kaali mirch was recommended to us by the server and we were excited to hear so as it has been quite long since we had a decent kaali mirch. but we were completely disappointed by it. naan were good but kulcha was very plain and not as per liking.
kadai panner was very good.
overall the live music and ambience were too good and compensated for some lack in the food.
looking forward tovisitagain and hoping this time all experiences will be as great as it could be.

this is my go-to place to chill. great food, great service and +1 for alcohol. the staff is courteous. daily some or the other live events.visitthem for a great time
