this place has a really good ambiance, and the quality of liits isamazingenough to carry you through the night to have a good party. the staff was polite and quick to serve us. the music played was also good.

great ambience. dj was okayish, didn't play too many party songs. food isamazing❤

super cool ambience and the service is up to the mark. coming to food everything was amazing, must try drums of heaven and lagagna totally loved it. the mocktails are just palatable nd amazing. overall hadamazingexperience. i would totally recommend this place.

so me and my friend went there for his birthday after carefully comparing many cafes. considering the rating here we decided to celebrate his birthday here. but the experience left a really bad taste in our mouth. literally and figuratively.
first of all the outer dining area was very dirty and unhygienic so we had to sit inside (which we didn't want in the first place). we ordered a chicken wings, beer stuffed mushrooms and vodka pasta. chicken wings were great, but the mushrooms were completely bland and tasteless. not worth even 100 rs let alone 500+ rs. they were just 5 pieces and that too cold and no taste whatsoever. both, the server and the chef refused to modify them. the server made it clear that nothing can be done and we will be charged for them in any case. then we ordered vodka pasta (which is costlier than the normal pasta) and we received a normal pasta without any vodka infused in it. the taste was fine but since it was not what we ordered and what we were paying extra for, we informed our server, and all he had to say was that he saw the alcohol going in the kitchen so this has vodka and there's nothing they can do about it, again.
we wanted to order drinks too, but after experiencing this pathetic quality and customer service we decided to not order anything anymore and left. we then went to another cafe which hadamazingdrinks and food and we could finally celebrate in peace.
giving it two stars just for the sake of chicken wings.

the restaurant is located in a prime location. you can easily access this place while on out for shopping. so thumbs up for this.

they have an exhaustive menu and offers various items. anamazingambience lights up the mood along with a courteous staff.

however the service is extremely slow, food is costly and not really great.

we tried the pizza and it was okayish. we also tried some drinks and honey chilly potato. the potato was also okayish.

overall, i might go back here but not willingly.

the ambiance and the decor of this place is amazing, i found the music was complimenting the place and was nice and soothing, coming on to food i would say it was tasty but not amazing. but service and the ambiance of this place makes up for it. overall anamazingexperience.
