this place has more character! the old flooring still exists. the un-plastered walls and the old fireplace add to the atmosphere. the food was overwhelming - too much of fries but the burger was great. and again, the black liquid was asgoodas it gets anywhere! i only wish they didn’t have those caged birds at the bar.

i got to admit i was pretty impressed with the food here. i've been here few times for a drink, but never try the food. since it's the same kitchen for the hotel's restaurant and the pub, it's a traditional cook with generous portions and agoodvalue.
