nasty experience. serves me right for expecting a consistent experience irrespective of a change in staff. even more stupid of me to expect to even complete my first sentence on the phone before being rudely shut down. this one star review is actually for myself. one star to me for being optimistic based on many previous experiences.goodbye big bro.

ordered nutella croissant and chocolate eclair .... and both of these were stale..goodnobody ate otherwise it could led to food poisoning...i have to throw them and this was a big disappointment... it was worst delivery... such a waste of money... never going to order from this ever and no one should ...

trufffle pastry was notgood.. it used to begoodbefore. just because your rainbow pastry is little longer in size does not mean you will remove the top layers of it and then pack in the tiny pastry box. i paid for full. don't cheat your customer.

the packaging gives it all agoodvibe although while the veggies on top stay fresh and light to eat, the juices accumulating at the bottom made the later bites heavy and lose all their crispy freshness. reducing the sauces a little could help. overall, a great meal!
