i boughtchocolatemuffin from store. when i reached home and tried to open it, the top layer was so hard that i literally had to break it and the entire muffin crumbled and powdered because it was stale, zero moisture was left. such a cheap tactic to earn money and loot loyal customers. i wanted to visit the store to return it but didn’t find it worth my time.

such bad management . i orderedchocolatetruffle pastry and i get a call from the restaurant saying we dont have this available can we send you some other option i agreed and said send me choco mocha after confirming with the restraunt and zomato delivery guy still i get the wrong order . after recieving my order i called at big bro restaurant and the girl who was talking to me and who took my order before said pta nai chala and someone from the behind is shouting ki bol de order cancel kardo complaint kardo koi faraq nai padta . this is the attitude these people have . sorry to say but such bad customer service.

ordered nutella croissant andchocolateeclair .... and both of these were stale.. good nobody ate otherwise it could led to food poisoning...i have to throw them and this was a big disappointment... it was worst delivery... such a waste of money... never going to order from this ever and no one should ...

i ordered 2 truffle pastries along with a death bychocolatepastry. the truffle pastries tasted stale and smelt of cardboard! the death bychocolatepastry wasn't great either. not ordering from here in future

the big bro serves some amazing pizza and coffee but when it comes to cake and brownie, they have the worst kind. honestly you will start hatingchocolatepastry n brownie after you have their pastry. hated to the core. dry brownie, no cream in pastry. had to throw off halfway.

it is so worth it. thechocolatedoesn’t feel too sweet while still being able to satisfy my sweet tooth and the texture of the cake feels really soft in my mouth. if i could, i would eat the whole cake in one sitting.

the croissant 🥐 was nice & the death bychocolatepastry was quite heavy i couldn’t even eat it one go it had this delicious whipped cream over the top made out ofchocolatewhipped mouse & a slight coconuty after taste which added richness to it the bottom layers were filled with layers of heavychocolate&chocolatesponge cake

don't buy from them. neither it has any shot of coffee either any brownie or hazzlenut. sent me a normalchocolateshake for the price of a premium shake.

i used to like their allchocolatecake but recently the quality i felt has gone down. dint like much of their death bychocolatecake. the extra cream on top makes it just bad.
they have decent coffees and average appetizers to go along
