yes, i did it: i got the burger on the cover of texas monthly that just came out (50 best burgers in the state).

the lust burger was tasty: the while fried okra and the fried leeks were even better. and the huge beers-on-tapmenumakes for a fun lazy afternoon or evening on magnolia. i recommend the tequila barrel aged beer as something to try.

great service today.

my favorite gastropub, and i've visited a bunch. the beers always rotate. they have rare bottles and get rare taps as well. the renovated old house adds a unique charm and ambience. the foodmenustands on its own and must be sampled to be appreciated. but a must try: the tamarind pork wings.

what an exceptional pub! i can't say enough good things about the quality of the food and the ever rotating selection of high quality draft beers. the atmosphere is warm and inviting, the layout makes you feel as if you're at your best friend's house having an excellent draft and a comforting bite. the staff is incredibly knowledgeable about all the beers on draft and bottle as well as all themenuitems. every time i go i feel very much at home, the ambience is ideal for a laid back afternoon with the perfect beer and simple but elegant bite to eat. if you are questioning if you should go i insist you head on over. you won't regret it.

great beer/food. so much craft beer to choose from 150 . foodmenuand drinkmenuis always changing with new beers and new foods and they are usually great. i had the grilled cheese and dipped it in the tomato basil soup it was great especially on the first cool night of the year. diverse crowd of locals, professionals, college kids, and hipsters.

i sent my boyfriend here to get us something to eat one night. i'm gonna warn y'all now don't go off themenuyou see on their website, because it is not accurate at all. i wanted a turkey sandwich, tomatoe basil soup, and fried green tomatoes, but they didn't even offer that on theirmenuat the bar. when you call the phone number it goes straight to a woman that says leave a message or text her, are you running a business or is this your personal phone? needless to say i was very disappointed
