good service and delicious food. i visited thai satay in san mateo with a friend and we both tried the spicycatfishspecial, which they informed us was a new menu item. it was small pieces of friedcatfishin a curry sauce, with green beans, peppers and crispy basil.
the food was fantastic, but what impressed me even more was that we arrived 20 minutes before they closed and they never made us feel rushed. we finished eating just a bit after closing and they offered to refill our waters, etc. i definitely appreciated that.
