if i could give zero stars for the hospitality &servicethis restaurant provided us, i surely would! they made us wait for two hours (we were meant to wait for only 45 mins). we were sure and careful about what we wanted to order and what all ingredients we wanted in our food. we double checked from our end with the staff in regards with the ingredients (no carrots and no cabbage) and yet they added all these items in our dishes. we called the manager and instead of solving the issue he started finding loopholes in the instruction list we gave to the chef and blamed it all on raksha bandhan chaos. zero efforts were put in making our dining experience smooth or at least bearable. hence, we had to leave from the restaurant without finishing our dinner. would never recommend this place to anyone ever!!!

we went on a weeknight as a family of 6. place wasn't that full then also took them an hour to bring the food to the table that too after following up thrice and same goes for reordering. we got there around 8 and left there around 10.15 that too we didn't ordered whole lot of items (we wanted to but with slowservicethey would have delivered it the other day). food portions were also no less than a joke, very less compared to pricing. we specifically asked for non spicy food as we had a small kid with us, but they gave one hell of a spicy sabji to us which no one could eat. space on table was also very congested and not proper at all.

only positive is the food taste nothing else.

i have never had such horrible experience in a place that calls itself a “cafe”. please do not call yourself a cafe. we were asked to leave despite there being a lot of empty tables. why? because we just ordered only a couple of coffees? i will never be coming back here. menu on roof top cafe is very limited and definitely expensive for the kind ofserviceand options you get over here. how does this place have such a high rating.. i’ll never know.

well this was my first visit after lockdown ..must say totally impressed by theservicebcs of covid they are taking extra care and they are taking precautions as well
starting with sanitize your too checking your temperature and then we enter in the place and the each and every dish they have set on the table were wrapped by plastic bag which is too good and well about food ..well i have visited this place before many times and they never disappointed me so yeha food was too good
mexican hot pot was the best
pizza was good too
so yeah you can absolutely visit this place even in this covid because they are taking all the measures and precautions ..

i visited here after looking at the ambience though i saw slowservicerelated reviews already.
i did not experience that.servicewas good. people were very friendly and attentive. they took the order on time, asked for water and gave order on time.

i ordered masala papad, jalepano cheese balls and veg dum biryani.
masala papad was free of oil, lightly salted and crispy.
cheese balls were hard to break, ok in taste, quite oily.
biryani was served hot and tasty.

ambience is great and i am very happy with multiple type of seating options available.

p.s. for people visiting a restaurant is mix of food and experience that they get while having. all the waiters who served me were great but please let us know if clicking pictures is not ok here as the hostesses were looking at us and laughing. i was never treated like this before and it's quite obvious to take multiple clicks as people are quite on social media.

it's an awesome experience except for me the ladies who laughed. i am fine as long as you inform them that how to behave in front of customer. this isserviceindustry and customer's do notice everything.
