lovelyplaceto hang out both restaurant and rooftop. good food and good ambience, service is great as well

if i could give zero stars for the hospitality & service this restaurant provided us, i surely would! they made us wait for two hours (we were meant to wait for only 45 mins). we were sure and careful about what we wanted to order and what all ingredients we wanted in our food. we double checked from our end with the staff in regards with the ingredients (no carrots and no cabbage) and yet they added all these items in our dishes. we called the manager and instead of solving the issue he started finding loopholes in the instruction list we gave to the chef and blamed it all on raksha bandhan chaos. zero efforts were put in making our dining experience smooth or at least bearable. hence, we had to leave from the restaurant without finishing our dinner. would never recommend thisplaceto anyone ever!!!

we went on a weeknight as a family of 6.placewasn't that full then also took them an hour to bring the food to the table that too after following up thrice and same goes for reordering. we got there around 8 and left there around 10.15 that too we didn't ordered whole lot of items (we wanted to but with slow service they would have delivered it the other day). food portions were also no less than a joke, very less compared to pricing. we specifically asked for non spicy food as we had a small kid with us, but they gave one hell of a spicy sabji to us which no one could eat. space on table was also very congested and not proper at all.

only positive is the food taste nothing else.

tempt cafe and restro is a finestplaceto visit for a perfect family/friends dinner. perfectplacefor a birthday celebration or for any small occassion. the staff is helpful and kind also the same time the quality of food is pretty good. the ambience of theplaceis also very nice. one can have a perfect party or a dinner with friends or family.

mexican hot pot
masala khichdi
hara bhara kebab
panner tikka biryani
mud pie shake
watermelon breeze
dal makhani

the prices are not too less and not too high. the quality and taste of food is overall good and satisfied. panner tikka biryani is must try dish of thatplaceeven masala khichdi and mexican hot pot are the tasty 🎀💫😋.

the rooftopplaceof that cafe is also good and have a fresh atmosphere, they even do pretty decor for birthday celebrations.
its a perfectplacefor this sunday so do visit it.

i have read few reviews about thisplacewhere people mostly have complaint about staff and food.
but after my visit from yesterday nights dinner i would definitely give thisplacea 5 star rating.
i had my own special requirements as it was my marriage anniversary. the staff was very very cooperative and polite.
then the food was too amazing. hot & sour soup was cooked to perfection and then mexican hot pot was too delicious. after just live restaurant i loved the mexican food offered by temptt.
the ambience is amazing and worth spending time and money here.

very niceplacewith indoor and outdoor seating. good ambience. fast service. i visit3d here with my family, and they too like the food as well as the atmosphere. the view from outdoor seating is a plus point.

i ordered here the brocolialmond soup, pasta, paneertikamasala, veg hyderabadi and dal rice. i really like the food.

surely give it a try.

i have never had such horrible experience in aplacethat calls itself a “cafe”. please do not call yourself a cafe. we were asked to leave despite there being a lot of empty tables. why? because we just ordered only a couple of coffees? i will never be coming back here. menu on roof top cafe is very limited and definitely expensive for the kind of service and options you get over here. how does thisplacehave such a high rating.. i’ll never know.

here's some honest review...
things i didn't liked: 1.i booked the table from zomato and they said they didn't got my booking.. so if u r booking table from zomato then cross check before leaving..
2.i booked thisplaceafter reading reviews about their plates nd glasses would be sanitized and packed, but when we went there the plates and everything were given to us normally, hand to hand.. social distancing was also that much followed, as the sitting spaces were not having sufficient gaps between them..

things i loved about this place:
food is amazing.. we ordered tomato shorba which was great in taste.. sweet corn soup was fine.. nachos in mexican hot pot was crispy even if it was half dipped in gravy... each and everything which i ordered was great...

if u looking for good food then i definitely suggest u this place...

thisplaceis really good and the food is very delicious. they offer a large variety of options to choose from and in this time of coronavirus theplacewas fully sanitized and all the utensils were disinfected and packed in a separate bag so that customer can open it themselves and be assured that it is not been touched by anyone else.

last weekend i visited temptt cafe for dine in! must say they're taking all the required prescription for safety!! loved their mexican and punjabi food!💯 must try their mexican hotpot and paneer lababdar!! also they're taking so much care of ambience!! surely recommendplaceto try!

well this was my first visit after lockdown ..must say totally impressed by the service bcs of covid they are taking extra care and they are taking precautions as well
starting with sanitize your too checking your temperature and then we enter in theplaceand the each and every dish they have set on the table were wrapped by plastic bag which is too good and well about food ..well i have visited thisplacebefore many times and they never disappointed me so yeha food was too good
mexican hot pot was the best
pizza was good too
so yeah you can absolutely visit thisplaceeven in this covid because they are taking all the measures and precautions ..

the ambience of theplaceis simply amazing. it has 2 floors. there is rooftop seating at upper floor. one is the balcony view and an inner sitting at lower floor. the taste of the food is flavoursome too. worth the price.

theplaceis located at a very beautiful location and they have a rooftop restaurant available as well. it is a lovely dine-inplacefor people residing nearby with great ambience. coming to food, we ate :
spicy arrabiatta penne pasta : it was served with the best crispy garlic bread i had ever tasted. pasta were pretty delicious as well - 4/5

nasi goreng : it was served with nicely decent decoration and taste wise it was above average - 3.5/5

dessert (milk cake with ice cream) : super delicious and an amazing dessert to end the meal - 4/5

visited thisplaceon new years eve. when entered this place, roof top seems very inviting.placehas great ambiance with spacious seating and live music. loved the live music there, singer was actually good.
service was sluggish and they could work on their taste and quality. overallplacewas good with decent crowd, enjoyed the night there.
