tatoheads menu is all about the potato and they have it down perfectly! i ordered thechorizocheese fries with sweet potatoes and they were perfect. the fries were super crispy but not burnt and were amazing on their own. even the ones smothered in cheese, chorizo, and tato's sauce remained crispy which was impressive. thechorizohad very good spice, the mozzarella melted on top was perfect, and tato's sauce (similar to spicy ranch is say) added a perfect balance of flavor. overall these were some of the best fries i've had and from a pretty cool truck. only complaint is that i had to search for 10+ minutes for their location because the address listed on the "find us" was incorrect and they were not very close to the description for it either. still worth the adventure for those sweet potato fries though!
