tradeoffs. i like tarks every once in a while. beautiful restaurant well-trained staff, andgreatatmosphere (cougars on the prowl). the food is a notch above good. menu is a bit trite, and most things are about $4 too expensive for a frugal cynic that eats out frequently....but hey, it's all about trade offs.
