great waffles. i'm surprised this place doesn't have better reviews. sure, the menu is kind of limited, but i went with a big party and we all had great meals. the owner was very nice and stopped by to see how everything was, which is something i always appreciate. i'd definitely go back.

my wife loved the french toast but i had a taste - free burger. the salad was unimaginative so i guess to make up for it's blandness, they give you a lot of it so you have a lot of lousy salad. lesson learned. don't order lunch at a breakfast joint. as it was my first time there, i don't want to be overly critical - my dining partners (all of whom ordered various breakfast items) seemed pleased with their dishes. the corned beef hash looked hearty and the toasted croissant was well prepared. could've just been an angry cow, but if i go back, it will not be for a lunch.

wouldnt eat here if it were for free..if they delivered on their menu as listed they would be great.. 8 of us went for breakfast friday after thanksgiving. they sat us at tables in the sun we couldnt see each other as,were talking, then after complaining we were moved, the food showed up in generous portion bht lukewarm and over cooked, dry. my dish was suoposed to have blackened shrimp, instead i had over cooked boiled hard shrimp and terrible hadhbrowns.. would not eat here again.

too loud!. the food is pretty good, but expensive, and the place is really loud. there isn't a single soft surface to absorb sound and on sunday morning it was packed. it was so loud that it was hard to even think!!

love this place. best new breakfast place in town!! not only that but we went back for our fourth time and i finally tried lunch which was just as great as the breakfast. the staff is always pleasant and the atmosphere is great!! not only will i make it my weekend brunch but i have a local business and think its a great place to get some food during work as well as hold my business meetings.

this place is cute but the food is lackluster. it's like the chef doesn't have passion about food. not really. instead of flavor he/she just uses salt. the orange juice was good. and my croissant was great. pancakes were meh.

great breakfest and lunch. been there twice and traveled along way to get there - it was worth the trip. will be going again, the staff was nice, facility clean and attractive but best of all the food was great and hot . if you like corned beef your gonna love theirs!

best breakfast bet. the food and service here is consistently good. the menu has plenty of delicious options and i often have a hard time choosing because i know they are all so good. my advice one person gets savory, the other sweet, and share! like the strawberry french toast and the california eggs benedict.

great new neighborhood restaurant. we loved it! you have to try the corned beef. best i've ever had. this is our new favorite breakfast place.
