arrogant, unprofessional waitstaff at times..throwingfoodinto the bar trash can from the other side of the bar...nasty faces...

need better wait staff and prep chefs. ive been in here many times over the past many years, but yesterday was the worst , the grossestfoodever... half the the dish was spoiled...too bad the management let it get this bad... i wil be contacting upper management... yuck!!!
once again, wait staff should be more attentive to what is served....

insensitively good rolls, did not expect the experience to be sooooooooo gooooodddd . love it ! drinks are not the best selection, installations are okay, but thefoodwas absolutely insanely phenomenal.

thefoodthat was served to us was delicious. unfortunately we were only served 1/2 of our order in the 1 1/2hrs we sat at our table. i think our server would be better if he would write things down and learn to manage his section better. the portion of our meal that was served came out sporadically and not at correct temperature. my advice is to not subject yourself any or this torture, if you see mote than 3 tables sat, keep walking!!!!

very disappointed poor qualityfood! prices are high ! i order a oakland roll with salmon ! well in only had the most significant portion of salmon! the cosimo roll ! great roll but not shrimp at all ! basically your can only taste the rice and sauces and avocado ! so sad !

of the 4 locations this one needs help. have eaten there 3 times and ordered same thing everytime. first time ok second time not real good. third time was my last. need to decide if it is served cold or hot. service is always great butfoodwas far from par!!!

terrible sushi. i have been eating sushi since i was six years old. trying new places is always a must to me. when going to sushi zushi, i liked the enviroment but thefoodwas absolutely horrible! the presentation of the fish was bad, the taste of the fish was not good, and the rice seemed to be old. i would recommend sushihana or koi kawa.

always spot on. it's always clean (bathrooms and the dining area), the waitstaff are fast/friendly, sushi is delicious, and their comfortfoodis off the charts. their stone oak location is also consistently good. i always go here when i'm craving hiyayakko, katsu don, sashimi, or when i'm being super bad.... i'll get a cosumo roll. i've been a fan for over 6 years now. :)

nothing to brag about. thefoodhere is typical, you could get it any other japanese restaurant. the servers rarely make genuine contact with you. they are very rush, rush and have limited personable traits. when i first came to sa, i went here as a safe bet, but now i head towards smaller restaurants where it is more about the ingredients than show.
