arrogant, unprofessional waitstaff at times..throwing food into the bar trash can from the other side of the bar...nasty faces...

need better wait staff and prep chefs. ive been in here many times over the past many years, but yesterday was the worst , the grossest food ever... half the the dish was spoiled...too bad the management let it get this bad... i wil be contacting upper management... yuck!!!
once again, wait staff should be more attentive to what is served....

insensitively good rolls, did not expect the experience to be sooooooooo gooooodddd . love it ! drinks are not the best selection, installations are okay, but the food was absolutely insanely phenomenal.

delicious sushi and great service.

our squid salad, edamame and signature rolls were outstanding. great flavor! our waitress gave us great service as well. i wish we had one of these by us!

the first and best of their locations. people like to hate on it but i've always had great quality sushi from here. my favorite sushi restaurant in san antonio

great experience on a thursday afternoon for happy hour despite a slow start in the ordering process.
the yellow jacket whiskey cocktail was smooth and had a nice kick with the cerrano pepper. the cosimo roll was outstanding; and, its tampa bay sauce was addictive with the fresh ingredients. the salmon in the philly roll was smoked nicely and tasted fresh.
the prices can quickly add up but happy hour specials keeps it reasonable.
overall, great experience and would definitively return again.

absolute martini glass was very light, half empty, glass of water had such a bad chlorine taste that you can't drink it. empty restaurant with 5 waiters standing. sushi were just ok

the food that was served to us was delicious. unfortunately we were only served 1/2 of our order in the 1 1/2hrs we sat at our table. i think our server would be better if he would write things down and learn to manage his section better. the portion of our meal that was served came out sporadically and not at correct temperature. my advice is to not subject yourself any or this torture, if you see mote than 3 tables sat, keep walking!!!!

i wasn't impressed. i ordered delivery cause i had been driving all day and didn't feel like going out of my hotel. the miso tased burnt as if it had been overcooked on high. and the sushi was extremely cold and soggy. my hotel was directly across the highway from this place. i will never order from or go into this place again.

not wonderful today. for the first time ever, sushi was disappointing today.
cosimo roll was over fried and sauce bland and no sesame seeds. some weird green sauce was put under the mayo looking sauce.
las vegas roll was huge and rolled like a cinnamon roll. tiny piece of overcooked shrimp and barely a sliver of avocado. all we could taste was rice.
spicy edamame was wonderful!
we will go back because every one has a bad day and zushi sushi has always been one of our most favorite restaurants!

very disappointed poor quality food ! prices are high ! i order a oakland roll with salmon ! well in only had the most significant portion of salmon! the cosimo roll ! great roll but not shrimp at all ! basically your can only taste the rice and sauces and avocado ! so sad !

very slow service. many people standing around, waited long time for couple of sushi plate. they count 4 year old child as a person so they add 17% gratuity charge to the bill. we don't mind paying more than that if the service was better. our family will never go back and we will let our friends know about it as well.

it's not the same sushi zushi. when i get more rice on my roll than salmon, it's time for me to stop going to sushi zushi. i know times are tough and everyone is cutting expenses, but really now. i am officially done. not sure what exactly happened since that big closure and re-opening, but sz is not the same.
