awesome fresh sushi.fishis always so fresh, the rolls and nigiri are nicely put together, the owner(s) are always super nice, service (time it actually takes to make the sushi) can be a little slow, but most definitely worth it. i've been to some of the more expensive sushi options in town and they were not as good as sushi umi. lunch and dinner deals (set combos), in my opinion, are awesome and priced fair considering the quality. i recommend the salmon and tuna nigiris*, they're always fresh and always delicious. also, try the sushi nachos*, which are salmon tartare on tempura battered sweet potatoes, they are excellent!
