delicious big chocolate cookie for $2. crispy and not too sweet, proper proportion of chips. interesting looking sandwiches to take aboard. would be a good selection for long flight or short layover. attentive staff.

fresh tomato and mozzarella. very fresh and refreshing. food is fresh and tasty. feel sorry for everyone eho just stops by to grab a water!! stop in for a bite for sure. will be a regular for me anytime i'm flying through!

waaaay primo! loved it.. the wine selection is expertly curated. i had a rare varietal here--blue franc--
that was fantastic. the food is very creative and delicious. this place is off the charts, as far as i am concerned. i could live here. shoot, i would fly to minnesota just to eat here. well, maybe not, but do check it out if flying to msp.

love it. nice place to kick back and splurge a little while in an airport. nice wine and snack selections here and plenty to buy and take with you as well.

like a little european cafe along your way in minny airports mall area.

glad i tried it and will again. quite a treat.

surdyk’s basically delivers a quality, friendly, and efficient product: good sandwiches, salads, and beverages, delivered to you at reasonable prices…. in an airport.

9/10 082613 two of us went to surdyks flight in mn airport. pannini turkey with apple sandwich 9/10; martini 9/10; 2 moscow mules 9/10; pretzel for dessert 6/10. first time in mn but we'll be back.

the minneapolis airport is blessed with a number of restaurants that are a cut above the usual fast food establishments.  one of them is surdyk's flights that offers sit down options and well as food ready to go. le metro consisting of pate de champagne (pork, brandy, juniper berries, etc), arugula, pickles, and red onions.  this is priced at what you would expect for an airport at just under $10.  this was a decent sandwich with pate tasting like pate rather than common liver sausage. the pickles provided acidity to balance the heaviness of the pate.  given time, i would dine in

surdyk’s liquor is a minneapolis institution; boasting to be be the midwest’s largest liquor store since 1934. in addition to liquor, they sell wine, cheese and have a deli. sounds like a “must see” when in minneapolis…

...a bit of heaven in the busy bustle of the airport. i had a flight of spanish wines and pretzel before my actual flight. i sat by a family with younger children and the server was very accommodating of them and even gave the children a few candies for their flight. it was freaking cute.

wine flight before your flight !. if you fancy some nice wine and tapas between your flights look no further than this wonderful restaurant located right in the airport.
i tried both the pot of chicken liver mousse with cognac with cornichon and breads $8
marinated chevre with olives extra virgin olive oil roasted garlis & crostini $10
flight of brilliant bordeaux $18
yes i ended up spending a little more than the cheap $12 meal voucher delta gave me for screwing up my flights but what an absolute treat to have something besides chilis or a&w to choose from !!
service was exceptional and wifi was accessible from the front of the restaurant too !
they also serve sandwiches and such freshly prepared with gourmet meats and cheeses to go.

transported. when is an airport not an airport? when it becomes a transcendent high-end sandwich bar. sure you can go across the way to bk, or even d'amico or french meadow. but this place is it. seriously, just a few minutes in this stunningly appointed place will make you forget you are in the midst of a teaming transit hub. plus the food is outstanding.
