perfect example of an independent brewpub. thirteen years in business as a craft brewer is a testament to the quality of this establishment. every sample i tried was spot on. i ended up drinking their trooper ipa and cask conditioned ipa (with citra hops). very drinkable and quite memorable. add in their baja tacos, personable bartenders, andnicecomfortable decor/atmosphere and you have a worthwhile destination for the craft beer aficionado.
