stacia's is my go-to. i've visitedstacia'seight times over the last few months and each visit has been great. all of the staff that i've interacted with are friendly and go out of their way to anticipate my needs. once, i called just prior to leaving lynnwood and told them so. they estimated how long it would take me to arrive and timed my order so it didn't sit and get cold. i typically order a calzone, which is always baked perfectly with tasty ingredients, but today i had a pizza which was just as good.stacia'sis my local go-to whenever i want a calzone or a pizza at home.

gourmet i think not. i normally don't write reviews but i have to say i just had stacia'a "gourmet" pizza delivered and there is nothing gourmet about it...and in seattle with pizza places like veraci and paglicci, i have a hard time understand howstacia'scan even advertise and say, with a straight face, that they have gourmet pizza.
while there sauce was quite good, there pizza dough is frozen! it was rubbery and had no flavor- no butter, garlic, salt..nothing. for those of you that have ever had an old school domino's pizza, this is what it tasted like. while many people may enjoy this type of pizza, they would never call themselves gourmet! i would have been better off ordering from a chain pizzeria because at i would have known what i was getting and paid a lot less. i had also ordered the caesar salad, which was way overdressed.
the worst part is my husband said that it didn't even sound good and would not order from there but since it was my turn to pick, i thought we would try something new…and now i have to listen to him tell me "i told you so."
so if you truly are a "foodie" and want real gourmet pizza…try veraci or paglicci.

stacia's redeemed!. i received a call from the manager of stacia's; he had read my prior negative review. he offered a sincere apology and my money back in full. i was so surprised by both the call and the offer- my husband and i decided to trystacia'sagain.

this time, we ordered bread, pizzas and desserts. the garlic breadsticks were fantastic- just the right balance of garlic, butter and salt, without being too greasy. my husband had the hawaiian pizza, and his only complaint was that he liked the sauce so much, he wished there was more. i had the potato rosemary pizza- it's like eating potato skins on a crust- yum!!! the chocolate chipsters were fantastic as well.

i truly appreciated the follow up and service we received. we will definitely will be ordering again!

horrible delivery, horrible food. my husband and i live in the area and had driven bystacia'smany times. we decided to give them a try on a saturday night; we both ordered pasta dishes that came with salads and garlic bread.

it took over an hour for the delivery to arrive. i had called the restaurant at the hour mark to check on status of the order. i received a feeble apology along with a "we've been really busy tonight." they could tell us that the driver had left quite a while ago, but couldn't tell us when he'd left or when he might show up.

upon arrival, the food was awful. the salads consisted of romaine lettuce plus a few shavings of olives and mushrooms and a slice of tomato. the garlic bread was mushy and flavorless. the pasta was cold and clumped together, and the marinara on the spaghetti was flavorless as well. i had the fettucine carbonara; there was little to no sauce, and even with the addition of salt and pepper resulted in a clumped and flavorless mess.

with a tip, we paid almost $45.00 dollars. i could have had a better tasting meal off the dollar menu at mcdonald's, and it at the very least would have been hot and not taken over an hour to procure.

we will not be ordering fromstacia'sagain; their version of "gourmet" food is worse than a box of kraft macaroni and cheese.

this is it!. stop right there! go no further! this is the pizza place in seattle! they have variety, speed and taste. these guys know pizza! i'm partial to the hand tossed crust but there are several others. they have plenty of stuff for vegetarians and even (shudder!) items for non-pizza eaters. where do i sign up to have a pipeline run between my house and stacia's? the amazing thing is that there is only one stacia's!! and it's in greenwood! this is a great example of the greenwood restaurant renaissance! you must eat here tonight or move to another neighborhood! fly in the ointment: the soy cheese is not vegan.

btw: i do not work for, nor am i affiliated with, stacia'sin any way… honest!
