this is my mum's favourite spot and she will often pop in to sit outside under the trees far from the maddening crowd ! we went for brunch and i was really impressed, it is small, the menu is simple but there is a good selection and the staff are friendly, happy to muddle the menu and more importantly kind to my mum who struggles a little with her walking / sitting. it is situated in an old house with a very small boutique in one of the rooms - very easy to sit and relax and chat. it also appeals to an eclectic crowd from students on laptops to women basking in the sun with a book,coffeeand a sandwich outside. oh yes - the scones were fresh and yum !!
