amazing food. amazing breakfast buffet right from an assortment of arabic food to chinese, indian, continental and american. you get to pick your favorite freshly cut fruit from a wide variety that consists of pineapples, apples, cucumbers, carrots and else. arabic food is a must, for the hummus will have you captivated. try out the wide variety of the breads they have to offer, especially the olive bun. they cater to all dining requests with fresh paratha and dosas made on requests, to eggs being poached, fried or boiled. cornflakes, baked beans, pastries and muffins are another treat.
the atmosphere is just too lively and the staff is extremely warm and hospitable. great ambience indeed!

we heard about your restaurant a lot and finally we could experience dining in at spice island in crown plaza, deira. fantabulously delicious food 😋 with many varieties. atmosphere of your restaurant is too good as well. so far the best that we've visited in dubai. joshua's service was impeccable. keep rocking team.

i had an amazing experience to try the brunch on friday, the staff were really helpful, smiling all time and always at our service i spend quite long time to give my self the time to experience all the amazing sections from different cuisines (the test made me come back to the same station over and over and i can say it was lots of stations to visit) , i also was amazed when i saw that we are being welcomed personally by the executive sous chef and director of food and beverage who were always there to welcome each and every guest, i am a sea food and suchi lover and they never stopped on surprising me i can tell you that the quality and quantity being provided is indeed very impressive considering the prices which is very affordable, i left there with a plan to come back with my whole family as i want them to experience the same as well

we had a dinner get together party in the spice restaurant, you will find the best staff starting from the entrance ivie from the hostess throughout from the service of mr shiva who is incharge and the team valerie, medhat, winfred and jerry... thank you such a wonderful evening

went there for iftar and i invited 3 colleagues food was below average also dessert was below average i am shocked how this resturunt went down to this level eating at any cafeteria in the street is much better for sure not worth what i paid for. very sorry i had to put such review but as i paid huge amount for nothing

went to spice island after a long time yesterday for the iftar buffet and disappointed to say that what was earlier one of the best buffet places that i had a memory of is now a very average one. food was ok and spread is pretty decent as there is only so much one can eat. the service was lethargic at best with servers appearing once in a while every 5 mins or there would be no one in sight. and the worst part was that during billing the waitress didn't even bother to inform that the buffet was on an offer on aed 99 for the night and was only too happy to charge the higher zomato pro price. later refused to change as according to her bill once printed cannot be cancelled.

@spiceislanddubai is on the first floor of @crowneplazadeira . they are offering ramadan special buffet that has a range of middle eastern to arabic, indian and asian food.

the restaurant is quite spacious as it covers the full space on the floor. the seating arrangement is well designed and adhering covid sops. the ambiance is lively and quiet relaxing.

the buffet has decent variety with well thought menu.i personally loved pakoras, mixed grill and pasta. the lamb ouzi (rice) stole the show 👍. don't forget to try their special prawns from mongolian grill counter which claim to be the best ones.

the buffet included almost everything from a huge variety of salads, pasta, indian food to the desserts. i tried to taste maximum dishes and all the items were absolutely fresh and delicious.

overall its a delightful buffet with hospitalable staff especially ms kaval for being kind and friendly. would definitely love to visit again to this place.

3rd day of iftar 2021. no it’s not about the food . food was excellent but service was just the opposite , very rude people serving at the counter’s they even yell if you are going to ask them a bit more . . hope they improve

the food was really good and delectable, enjoyed the seafood specially at mongolian station, all over a good experience specially charles who was serving drinks was really attentive and taking care.

fabulous friday brunch at @spiceislanddubai crown plaza deira dubai. there are different food stations serving sushi,indian,arabic mongolian,mexican, italian,western and thai . lobster,crab, assorted fish great salad options, live cooking stations and everything you can imagine. the buffet spread was amazing and so fresh and delicious.. staff was very polite and welcoming.
desserts was delectable and delightful.
i enjoyed with my son their amazing ambiance and food.
do not miss this opportunity if visiting dubai or you live in uae.
will definitely going to go back again ..

i've known this place for over 14 years and have celebrated some very important days and personal milestones dining at the spice island. i returned on december 4 for nostalgic reasons and would have left disappointed had it not been for the warmth and courtesy of the staff. charles and his team really went the extra mile to make sure that we were taken care of and did what they could to make up for anything that didn't meet our expectations.

ali and the entire team made our gathering a memorable one.

nobody was present at the reception. waited for 10-15mns then straight went in. caught hold of one lady with tablet and forced her to look for my reservations. this time the food was not up to the mark. huge crowd i guess over booking was done. few customers were shouting. when went for live cooking counter though there was queue but, few people were served from the other side of the queue..
