one of theworstplaces to spend your weekend...the dj sucks..... also the service there is below par....... if you are an enthusiast of bad food it's the best place to visit.

with so much empty seating available not even allowing group of 4 ppl to sit in pretty well litted area. senior waiter asking to sit in the dark instead.worstresponse from staff. not expected

visited spice factory hinjewadi outlet as i have had an amazing experience from kharadi outlet but here the picture is completey different, very loud music as waiter is also not able to understand what we are trying to say. the space is so congested and suffocating. before starter they served main course.this is myworstexperience with spice factory.

unnecessary loud music. extreme less quantity. andworstpart is service. we waited for half an hour for a single water bottle. and after thisworstservice, they charge you 10% service charge(if paid through zomato). think again before going to this place and save your money.

i called restaurant and confirmed if there is draught beer available they said yes when reached they said it is not available.
we ordered strong beer they gave us mild. service wasworstnot at all attentive captain they don’t serve food they just keep food and walk away even beer was also not served. menu is also over priced. food taste was also not good. please don’t visit this restaurant you’ll get other options in same building will good service and taste.

inspite of booking table at 9 pm…..we have to wait…its 10pm. now and still asked to wait 20min
its theworststaff at entrance and freaking attitude ,
at entrance they say “first come first serve”

then why the hell too book from zomato😡😡😡😡

its the pathetic hotel service wise

even after doing a booking. waited for 2 long hours to get a table and besides the staff is also not polite and very slow in its service .worstmanagement . they didn't even care that people are waiting for so long and have the audacity to tell that it's houseful like wtf dude then close booking slots no.
