one of the worst places to spend your weekend...the dj sucks..... also the service there is below par....... if you are an enthusiast of bad food it's the best place to visit.

with so much empty seating available not even allowing group of 4 ppl to sit in pretty well litted area. senior waiter asking to sit in the dark instead. worst response from staff. not expected

this place does not have any acs . so if you planning ro visit on summers , its cruel. they call them selves open air . but it gets too hot in summers. their food is very average and exhorbitantly priced . they hence offer 40-50 percent discount . beers offered not chilled. their staff argues " thanda toh hai saaar". they perhaps dont understand the difference between thanda and chilled. no option but to have ice in beer .. lol !!

visited spice factory hinjewadi outlet as i have had an amazing experience from kharadi outlet but here the picture is completey different, very loud music as waiter is also not able to understand what we are trying to say. the space is so congested and suffocating. before starter they served main course.this is my worst experience with spice factory.

it's totally waste of money, poor quality of food, poor service and waste of money...too costly. the management of the restaurant is not at all polite and very rude to talk. will advise to never visit this place and at this price or even cheaper you can find many options. totally waste of time and money.

starters tasted okay but quantity was too. less, main course was also also okay but again very less i'm quantity. (paneer tikka masala had only 4 paneer pieces). need to work lm quantity for sure. they give 50% off but that's also too much considering the quantity they serve. also the waiter denied to waive off service charges.
