staff is rude, they don't know how to make cocktails,and, most importantly, they charge a service charge. when you ask them to remove it from the bill, they become defensive and claim that it is required. i was extremely disappointed.

despite having a prior booking through zomato, we had to wait in queue, enroll ourselves in the list, and then wait for table. we were given a small bar table when turn came. they gave an excuse of overbooking.
whats the point of booking a table @zomato, if it doesn't mean anything and we have to queue up and follow the walkin method to get a table?
