do not eat here. this must be the worst place i have ever experienced in my life. i would know since i have lived in san francisco and alameda my entire life. not only was theservicehorrible the food was worse. they tried to make excuses and then sent my husband home with a dry slab of meat he had to pay for. the servers are rude; the management has no clue what really goes on in there own establishment. then they charged me for bad food and made excuses by blaming drunk customers???
