really good food and friendly staff. everything isfreshand cooked to order. not a lot of seating space. eat there more than two or three times and the owner will know your name. :-)

real gem. some of the most friendly people working here you'll ever find, serving excellent food made to order in-house, usingfreshingredients. the ratings are high because they earn them. lots of interesting and some more traditional menu items. i'd never had bibimbap, so i asked the hostess/order taker and she described it, as well as a proper way to mix and eat it. it's an excellent mix of quick grilled beef,freshvegies (some cooked, some a little crispy) an egg over easy and perfectly spicy yet flavorful chili sauce, served in a big bowl with rice. loved it! herself also went a little out of the norm and had their version of "hot chicken." a dish of spiced stir fry chicken slices served onfreshgreens with rice. just the right amount of building spice and chili flavor with the meat. it came with a "slaw" offreshshredded cabbage topped with their dressing. cool, fresh, crispy and excellent. perfect accompaniment. since it was our first time there and we ordered spicy dishes, the owner came out to check to make sure we knew they were spicy. we're good with that. she then came back out to see how we were doing with them and answer questions. genuinely interested in her customers. can't wait to try the korean pork.

so yummy!! we are from out of town and stopped in on our way through nashville. my entire family (including 3 and 5 yo boys) loved it. everything is sofreshand delicious! the staff was so friendly and took interest in our children. very clean. definitely try it out! you won't be sorry. we will be back for sure.

amazing staff. first off, as many other reviewers have pointed out, the staff is phenomenal. in this day and age, when customer service is relatively non-existent, it's refreshing to encounter a staff that appreciates your business. they are super friendly and there to assist you with anything you need without being intrusive.

as a vegetarian, dining out is often a challenge so i was unsure of how my first experience would go. the server was awesome and recommended dishes that could be modified by leaving out the meat, yet still retain the flavor and integrity of the dish. in subsequent visits, i've found plenty more vegetarian-friendly dishes.

the portions are good and you leave full, but without that sickly feeling you get after eating a bunch of fried, processed stuff. their food is alwaysfreshand delicious. would definitely recommend!

delicious. after dining at countless teriyaki restaurants, i have decided that soy teriyaki bistro is at the top of my list. the food isfreshand appetizing, and the preparation is quick. i've tried most of the dishes, and i haven't been disappointed with any of them. if your time is pressing for lunch, this is the place to go. there may be a long line, but it's fast and definitely worth it. there's a line for a reason; you'll know why when you try it!

addictive. soy teriyaki bistro is in one word....addictive. an excellent combination of contemporary ambiance with excellent asian fusion. from the shrimp tacos, to lettuce wraps and unbelievablyfreshand creative salads, this place rocks! try it you will love it too!

great surprise!!. i've driven by this place several times and wondered if it was any good- i am happy to say that the asian tacos are fabulous (i had the chicken)- and the teriyaki is really fresh- you can tell that they know what they're doing and they're using reallyfreshingredients... i'll definitely be back..
