this is one of the best meals i’ve had insandiego, and i’m not vegan or even vegetarian! i had the pad thai. it has a lovely tamarind flavored sauce and the “chicken” was very tasty and had good texture. i also had a vietnamese coffee which was made with almond milk that was absolutely delicious! i will definitely be bringing my vegetarian friends here and others too! i’ll be back...

i like meat and usually large amounts of it. but i must say sipz did the job. it isn't earth shatteringly good, but it was pretty decent. this time i got the tom ka soup. the flavor of the soup was full, spice (5) was on point, and they gave a good portion too. the only thing i'd change is get tofu instead of mock chicken and add more vegetables. i didn't like the texture or the taste of the "chicken." other than that, pretty good! 5501 clairemont mesa blvdsandiego, ca 92117 (858) 279-3747 sipz.com all vegetarian the mission:sandiego's best french toast! 08. jun, 2010 written by michael 0 comments

best pho for vegetarians.sandiego wouldn't besandiego without restaurants like sipz that serve us very few vegans. i've been to this restaurant for years and my favorite all time vegan dish is the vegetarian pho. just talking about it makes me want to go out and grab a bowl. delicious!!!!!!!!

love it. we love this vegetarian restaurant insandiego. the decor is perfect and the friendly staff is charming and lovely. their vegan food is consistently good and well-priced, i especially enjoy the vegan desserts.

sipz vegetarian restaurant. i live in clairemont since birth and this is one of the best things that happened to clairemont. sipz is basically the first vegetarian restaurant in this neighborhood and everyone embraced it. i read prior reviews and they complain about service, but what can you expect of a vegetarian restaurant that has pricing like a fast food restaurant. i personally don't mind that they take the time to prepare my food fresh and hot. the portions are big and the pricing compared to other vegetarian restaurants is very reasonable. this is the best vegetarian restaurant insandiego period!

great vegetarian restaurant. mock meats are amazing. sushi rolls are good too. i usually go for a curry or noodle dish and my wife likes the veggie surprise, but all the dishes are tasty. one of our favorite veg places in all ofsandiego. oh yeah, great beer selection too!
