definitely a finest indian restaurant to visit.

the warm welcome by mr. suresh and mr. kamal is such a good gesture to enter the restaurant. the table was so nicely set up.

they welcome kids in such a good way, my kids are a big fan of this restaurant.

we ordered smokey seekh kebab, they were so juicy , so soft, the right taste we were tempting for. memories from india got refreshed with such flavorful food.

next we orderedchickentikka masala as i wanted to eat something spicy. the taste, flavor, chickenwas so tender. highly recommended.

their garlic naan is also so fresh and crisp. i loved it.

this is a must visit place.

located in galleria mall i would highly recommend this restaurant .

i just love this restaurant for many reasons....warm welcome, high quality food and personalized service. it was amazing the way pappad, chutney was served & presented. as we were looking for more veggie option we were recommended to try panner kadai masala, aloo methi, nizami subzi biriyani & traditionalchickentikka along with coco lychee, passion fruit mojito. food was on time with presentation and perfect service. later manager made our evening more memorable by celebrating my daughter's 10th birthday with his team. over all it was a perfect and awesome experience. the hospitality was excellent. love to visit & definitely recommend to all.........

happened to visit it yesterday for lunch.since we were quite a few together,we were given the table at the end of restaurant hall.as we settled down we were served the welcome drink which was quite refreshing.we started with mutton sikh kababs, which were too good, exactly the way it should have been, mild spicy n juicy.maithili fish tikka was good too, soft n very tasty.tandoorichickentikka wasn’t up to the mark though.very big chunks, not succulent melt in mouth kind of.though the meat wasn’t hard,it was not at all enjoyable,a disappointment i would say.
all the main course items we ordered were very good.awadhi rara gosht was superb.well done soft pieces of mutton with kheema around in that bowl was a pleasing sight.it had perfect spice level & very very tasty.won’t mind repeating it whenever i visit signature next.lalla mussa dal was mind blowing.we paired it with equally tasty green peas pulao.
all n all it was a wonderful experience.we were well attended by the staff.a special mention of the restaurant manager mr.suresh,is must as he was very cordial in all sense.will visit again for sure.

1. maithili fish tikka, 3/5, over cooked salmon tikka, lacking any flavour apart from the natural salmon taste(took 35mins to serve after repeated reminders)
2. galouti kabab, 0/5, being from north india, this was such a disappointment, not melting in the mouth how its supposed to be, very dry, had no salt whatsoever. the ulta tawa ka paratha was a thick piece of plain wheat bread, utter disappointment.
3.chickenawadhi curry, 3/5, don't know how to describe the average taste, try it for yourself and see.
4. fruit flies all around our table, stinking dinner plates( changed multiple times) , poor hygiene overall
the 2 stars are for the ambience, otherwise a place to avoid for all north indians, the yellow chilli is a 100 times better than this place or atleast for the food i ordered.

i did not mind the high price of the menu but few things really disappointed me. one is the baryani taste is not special at all and few shrimps. one can of seven up is aed25 no refill. my wife orderedchickenand the quality compare to the price is too much. the only things will attract customers is the name. food quality is low and prices are high.

gorgeous & sophisticated ambiance along with exemplary service.

we visited here for lunch. we were given mint cooler welcome drinks which were so refreshing & delicious.
we had tomato soup with a topping of rice crisps, vegetable salad, samosa chaat which was mind blowing delicious! the non veg platter was presented so gorgeously. thechickenwas cooked to tender perfection.

for the mains, it was truly so grand. we were presented withchickentikka masala, paneer makhni, the most rich & creamy daal makhni, chickenbiryani, butter naan, plain rotti & chilli coriander naan which was an absolute hit and so unique. the paaner was super delicious & flavorful. perfect combo with the amazing array of naans and rotis they have. the biryani was so good it’s a must try. the rice was so fragrant and thechickenpieces were so tender. they also gave a side of salan gravy & raita.

for the desserts, it was 3 different flavored rasmalai which everyone should try! charcoal rasmalai, vannila & zafran flavors. also kulfi was another one we had.

overall such a great experience and a perfect spot to enjoy a special occasion or just a casual dine in. you’ll definitely be impressed.

we loved our experience here. the interiors, so classy. what i love about sanjeev kapoor’s restaurants is the papad with chutneys. every restaurant of his serves that & it’s so addictive.

i don’t usually like soup but thechickenand corn soup was yum. the samosa chaat we had was beautifully presented and so filling. we had the coco lychee and signature sangria, both beautifully presented.

the tikka platter was delicious. thechickenwas so tender. for the mains, we had dum narayali, lamb shank and biryani with 4 different types of naans. everything was absolutely delicious. love the effort these guys put into the dishes, from the presentation to the taste.

the mango bhapa doi and gulab jamun were exactly what we needed to satisfy our sweet tooth.

visited chef sanjeev kapoors newly opened “signature” for lunch.
the staff welcomed and accommodated us merrily from the entrance. their tables are arranged in accordance to the social distancing guidelines.we were served with their complimentary pappad with 5 different chutneys. the pineapple chutney was my favorite.
i’ve got the following items
starters
✳️honey mustard chaat puffs: in simple words its our indians favorite pani puri with a mint-mango shooter. i had the one withchickenand it was surprisingly really tasty. it had the perfect amount ofchickenthat it did not overpower it all together.
✳️kebab sampler : consisted ofchickenmalai ,chickentikka, lamb seekh kebab andchickensatay with papaya relish.
all of them were perfectly cooked and thechickentikka was a winner!!
mains
✳️mutton rogan josh,chicken awadhi kurma,chickenbiriyani.
biriyani had ideal amount of aroma and spices and i enjoyed it thoroughly. it came with raita and cashew gravy.
dessert
✳️gulab jamun- loved the flavour of cardamom in them.
✳️chocolate/charcoal/saffron rasmalai - loved the fusion of adding chocolate/charcoal in rasmali. i’d recommend the chocolate lovers to try it atleast once.

for a much needed date with the best friend - where better than @signuture.. with exquisite dinner and elegant seating!

food(5/5):
papads are a must to begin with at any traditional indian restaurant and we were not disappointed with a choice of six assorted dips (the tomato salsa and pineapple chutney rang a whole other bell!)

we started with the honey mustard chat puff which is a unique non-veg twist to gol gappas.
next came the barakhadi with a mix of differentchickenkebabs each a delicious variation of spices and tenderness!

for mains we had one of the bestchickenkadhai along with mutton rogan josh spiced in kashmiri lal mirch and the creamiest dal makhani (i think they call it lal mussa dal)
paired all that with laccha paratha, a true to the name coriander chilli paratha and some buttery garlic naan.

loved the richly flavoured murgh parda biryani served with peanut salan and raita.

ambience (5/5):
beautiful interiors with sophisticated lighting and softly played desi songs to accompany and enjoy.

signature by sanjeev kapoor needs no introduction! started with the complimentary papads with variety of chutneys.. raitha and tomato salsa was the star chutney they also had pineapple chutney which was something new to me! then came the pindi cholay and samosa chaat which was really flavourful and totally toodler approved the plate went back empty.. for kebabs we had the barakhadi which was chefs creation of sample kebabs which had mutton seekh kebab, malai kabab, tikka and satay kebabs! again this plate went back empty! for the main course we had lalla mussa dal, butterchickendaryaganj, the star item which is thier must try signature recipe which was dum naryali prawns.. served in coconut.. hits right on the taste buds.. it's more of south indian style of curry paired with saffron rice. also had zaatar naan which was something new to me and really loved the fusion of naan and zaatar.. recommending it for sure..this quantity is really good enough for 3 - 4 adults.. came with generous quantity.! and the desserts was trio rasamali again totally which was fantastic three different flavors of charcoal and nutella and also tried the mango bhapa doi a bengali dessert recommended by chef.
overall a great experience and amazing hospitality definitely recommended! perfect for date nights as the ambiance and decor are beautiful!
