this is one of my favorite resturants in the whole area bar none, no pun intended. outside or in, great all around atmosphere, lots of choices on the menu. decent prices. my wife said salad was not so fresh.

beach burnt. this is a nice stop on the beach. the food is good (though much is fried/ bar food) and the prices aren't very expensive for the beach. they're kid friendly and have a couple games by the bathroom so parents can eat while kids are distracted. the service was good and the drinks tasted great. the outside patio is nice if you're less into the sport bar thing, although there are still half a dozen tvs out there.

we actually apologized to our waitress for not ever visiting this hidden burger gem.  we stopped in on memorial day and was quickly seated.  after what seemed less than a minute our very efficient waitress appeared. we started with a half order of the biggest plate of nachos i have seen in years.  i ordered the mushroom swiss burger and my friend had the burger of the month.  don't remember the name of it but i was queso goodness according to her. my friend has been looking for a really good burger for years and being  native to pensacola has tried every fine dine to hole in the wall in the area searching.  she proclaimed that she does not have to search any longer as she has found the burger she has craved.  service was excellent.

we always enjoy sidelines. service has always been great. a great place to watch sports. the food has never disappointed. ten years and counting......sidelines is always our first stop when we head to the beach.

had to give up driver's license for a pager, waited only fifteen minutes. shannon at the bar was very helpful. got a table for two and waited 15 minutes for service. no one came by to even acknowledge our presence so we left. went to red fish blue fish and had great service.

red, white, & blue burger was great. also had the fried mushrooms as an appetizer and that was good as well! waitress was great as well. atmosphere is your average sports bar.

my family of 6 ate here..child friendly place .. wait staff is great.. food is good. we had the wings and loaded fries with ranch.. all was good . drinks are over priced

our favorite casual non seafood place on the island. my boyfriend, 2 yr old daughter and i visit pensacola beach from nashville, tn 2-3 times a year. being from a landlocked state we enjoy the availability of fresh seafood during our stay. however, we love being able to pop into sidelines and grab a burger and fries for a nice change of pace. the burgers are juicy and the dressed with fresh tomatoes lettuce and the like. i am a believer in hot crisp salted fries and they deliver. we are always seated within minutes and the service is good considering how busy they stay. located in the parking lot of the hampton is a plus also, its within walking distance of the majority of the hotels on via de luna. i recommend it and cant wait to go again!

we really enjoyed eating dinner at sidelines!. the best things on there menu are the wings & fried pickles! the grouper sandwich, fried or blackened is delicious! the ribs were very moist & some real meat on the bone! yummy
