this cafe in mcleodganj being one of the most popular ones, is highly overrated. for the price they charge for food, quantity is very less. service is slow, staff has got next level attitude.
the only good thing that brings people to this place is it being besidebhagsuwaterfall, still an average location according to me.
we ordered pizza along with few other things and trust me you would find way better thin crust pizzas at the same price elsewhere.

waste of money and efforts for me. worth a miss.

amazing location of the cafe,it is around 1 km trek from the temple ofbhagsuwaterfall.
the view is worth the trek, it is a very chill place.
we ordered the maggie and enjoyed it by the top of the waterfall.
also there is a tiny shop consisting of local handicrafted stuff,yet a bit pricy.

this place is located at the top most of thebhagsuwaterfall. i have visited it few months back when i was on vacation. you'll have to track about 1.5-2km distance.
some how we reached there and the view from that place was fabulous.
the cafe have really amazing decor and posters were also attractive. it was full of crowd.
i have ordered a cheese & onion pizza and a cheese & mushroom pizza.
the price were little bit expensive may be because it's located at mountains.
the food quality is good. but the service is really slow here we have waited for 40 minutes to get our order. it was good experience. worth visiting place

reaching this place is altogether a separate task! we started frombhagsuparking to go uphill, on the way took a splash atbhagsuwaterfalls! this cafe is above the waterfalls as well.

to reach shiva cafe, need around 30 mins of walk uphill! the place is worth the walk! cafe is situated at such a beautiful place with scenic views down and also such a big place with indoor and outdoor seatings! tables as well as sit on the floor!

loved the atmosphere with shiva mantras playing on the speakers early morning when we reached around 10am.

ordered : pizza, spanish omlette, nutella pancakes, hot chocolate, tea

i would say must try the pizza here! omg! the taste of the pizza was soooo delicious! cannot forget the taste of the pizza still!

do visit this place, relax and have fun time around!

only drawback is : place accepts only cash and no other mode of payments!

this café lies in the heart of the beautifulbhagsuwaterfall in mcleodganj. we can most definitely say that the trek to shiva café was every bit worth it. because it is at the top of the waterfall, the view from the café is mesmerizing.

to start with we ordered a normal hot coffee which was decent. we also ordered an indian breakfast which had 2 parathas served along with pickle and an omlette. the parathas were very delicious. in the english breakfast that we had it had 2 sunny side up omlettes, slice breads and stir fried veggies. the veggies were tossed lightly and tasted very good. we also had maggie, mashed potatoes with stir fried mushrooms. the potato mash was very creamy. must try.

to end our meal, we had the banana nutella pancake and it was indeed a perfect end to our meal. 🥰

as you trek to the top ofbhagsuwaterfalls, this cafe is the best destination to satisfy all your hunger goals amidst the beautiful n serene nature. there is seating arrangements indoors as well as outdoors facing the waterfall. we tried farmhouse pizza and coffee and both were amazing!! overall, loved the experience and the food!! 💯

beautiful view..must visit..it will take a lil bit time for u to reach as it's on top ofbhagsuwaterfall..but worth the trek....food was ohkz...maybe cause it got cold in 2 min...as it was really cold ...nice place and must try.....

this place is situated at a very high altitude right next to thebhagsuwater fall almost at the top of the mountain the way to reach is very steep and narrow but once you'll reach you'll see altogether a different view of mountains and they have outdoor and indoor sitting as well must visit at least once

you have to climb slightly up frombhagsunath waterfall, the vibes and ambience is nice, you can spend a lot of time eating, relaxing around the place, some nice trance numbers with good food. a place to visit if you are looking to unwind for sometime

was a little sceptical of hiking a long steep stretch to just reach a cafe. but this one turned out to be worth the effort. the view is amazing facing thebhagsuwaterfall and the valley. it is an awesome place to watch the sunset but you have to be careful to be get back quickly coz the way down is also steep. loved the ginger honey lemon, masala maggi, hummus platter and the pasta. the place has a very hippie and happy feel!

one cannot beat the view of this place. its entouragebhagsuwater fall and it's crazy. we went during the rains
after sometime there was zero visibity and u could see clouds all around u. food is amazing. do try their four cheese pizza

shiva cafe is situated after a climb up frombhagsufalls.
we tried -
1) farmhouse pizza - it was good and cheesy.
2) honey chilli potatoes - they weren't crisp at all we didn't like them.
3) tea - pretty good with nice aroma and flavour.

shiva cafe is quite pretty and serene for sure but i found the food to be quite average.

a true hidden gem, nestled amongst the clouds above thebhagsufalls overlooking the triund peak. the trek to this cafe is really challenging and the path is rocky and slightly steep. due to which i was thinking to rate this place 4/5 for its bad accessibility, but when i reached this place i was mind blown and the trek was all worth it and hence i'm giving 5/5. this place is an ideal stoner cafe, with indoor as well as outdoor seatings. the indoor seatings were very warm and cozy with minimal interiors and a rustic ambiance while the outdoor seatings were breathtaking. the views were changing every minute due to the fog.

talking about food, they have a variety of cuisines like italian, indian, mexican, american and israeli. the food was simple yet tasty. i ordered a pasta and falafel with hummus and i was really impressed by the quality of food they were making at such an inaccessible place. but the star of the show was the hot beverage oflemon ginger honey. it not even rejuvenated my after a the tiring trek but even made me feel warmer in the freezing cold. make sure to try that. the service was prompt considering the number of staff and the crowd.

the shiva cafe is located at an altitude so you need to do little trek to reach there,about 15 to 20 mins.its just few minutes walk frombhagsuwaterfall.
this place is totally worth the trek and is not like any other cafe.it's got a different feel altogether.paintings of shiva and quotes on pieces of stone.
they also have a small pool and few gym equipments.
the seating arrangements comes with a great view.
coming to food they serve great pizzas.
they serve maggi , pastas ,sandwiches sort of food items.
this place is a different experience and must visit for all the shivji bhakts😜
