very average. overrated to say the least not a patch on meze mangal, sofra or gezi park. lord sugar you need someone new to run this restaurant.

when stepping into sheesh on appearance it look amazing. the food was basically a posh kebab which was done well. however they rush you as you only have the table for a set time. it was over rated.

my wife took me here for my birthday , the food was great and in satisfying portions-the waiter that served us was a true gentlemen and added to the experience ensuring the wine in our glasses never saw the bottom. after dinnner we moved upstairs to the lounge area which has a chilled, relaxed atmosphere- in an effort to get the 100% experience of the place we moved to the outdoor area where there is a heated patio.we spent the rest of the evening there having drinks- all round great experience and a splendid birthday.

amazing! one of my favourite restaurants. the food is so tasty and the starters. the decor and assistance is so classy. the assitance is very good, the food came out in reasonable time. it's a perfect place for gatherings 5 star!!!!

so we didnt have a booking the front of house lady said to us sorry no booking i have no table but her colleague found us a table but told us that they would need it back in 1hour and 20minutes which was fine to us. to begin with had a tomatoes onions based dip with warm bread that alone was 8gbp thought it was a bit steep for what it was. than had a chicken tvavuk from their speciality section it was to die for the spinach on side had rosemary flavour, the chips were chunky snd fresh and the chickrn had fresh peppers mushroom in a creamy sauce that was 19gbp, my partner had chicken thighs that were grilled on charcoal and cut in pieces so no bones her chicken was really nice she had spicy rice on the side which was delicious. we were really stuffed by the end of it for dessert had mint tea which was fresh. our waiter was very attentive to our needs. everything was reallu nice. the decor once you get there there is a big metal gate aftee that parking the place from the outside looks lush. inside in restaurant a bit dark but decor was funky. in the bar area they had a live band.

verdict pitty that front of house are up themselves, aside from that food, decor,parking cant be put at fault a place i would deffo go back to but with a booking. pitty kids are not allowed in.

primarily, a turkish theme runs throughout the menu, with some other mediterranean influences - this is basically a ‘posh kebab house’ as my dad would call it with a few bells and whistles. as i’ve said, the location and venue is in itself fantastic - as well as a vast dining jade and jemma for a meal followed by drinks and dancing in the bar.

we chose sheesh for my mum's 60th as somewhere special to take her that is local and caters for all tastes. we have got many restaurants that we could've chosen but chose this establishment. i must say the meal and the entertainment was good and the party enjoyed themselves. however i pre-booked for the restaurant to present my mum with a cake on the night and they forgot her 60th birthday cake i asked for. as i was unable to attend myself due to being unwell (i am 38 weeks pregnant) i rang and wanted to speak to someone about this. a nice colleague at sheesh said he'd speak to the manager and was very apologetic. well to say the manager colin needs to learn customer service and standards from his workforce is an understatement! he said he didn't think it was that big a deal and what did i expect as i wasn't there to remind them of the cake as that it what normally happens. he was so rude to me and not at all apologetic in fact his arrogance stank from chigwell to where i lived! when i explained reason i wasn't there to remind them and reminded him that it was in my booking and in their book he merely said that they were busy that night and did it matter as they all had a good time? what a thing to say i can never replicate my mum's 60th and a cake is an integral part of that role! will never go there again, would rather spend the hundreds if pounds that the bill came to in places such as harrods georgia restaurant or claridges for a special occasion as having eaten in many different establishments and been served in some of the most top quality eateries in the u.k i can safely say i've witnessed better customer service in macdonald's!
